Always love the quality of Blacktailor pants however I can never get the sizing right The pants are either always too big or too small

Bonjour Alors pour etre objectif et donn mon experience avec Blacktailor les delais de reception sont assez long pour ma part j ai command le 18 avril et j ai recu la commande seulement hier donc le 17 mai le suivi sur le site DHL est un peu aleatoire on a du mal savoir exactement ou se trouve le colis mais bon ce n est pas la faute du site je precise aussi que de mon cot je n ai pas eu de frais de douanne regler Par contre le service client de blacktailor est vraiment r actif et c est top je mettais tromp de taille pour le pantalon ils ont fait le changement direct pour finir et parler de l article en lui m me c est de bonne qualit je suis m me agr ablement surpris belles finitions et on sent le pantalon costaud Merci Good morning So to be objective and given my experience with Blacktailor the delivery times are quite long for my part I ordered on April 18 and I received the order only yesterday so on May 17 the follow-up on the DHL site is a bit random it s hard to know exactly where the package is but hey it s not the site s fault I also specify that on my side I didn t have to pay customs fees On the other hand blacktailor s customer service is really reactive and it s great I put on the wrong size for the pants they made the direct change to finish and talk about the article itself it s good quality I m even pleasantly surprised beautiful finishes and you can feel the sturdy pants THANKS

C43 cargo pants the quality is good but the size chart provided in the site doesn t match ordered size 30 which i basically wear but they turned out to be like 3 sizes bigger Also slow delivery

Pretty good got my pants Just wish blacktailor recommends a type of shirt to buy Instead of saying look at Instagram But overall excellent The pants fit nicely

I love the products however only reason why it s not five stars is because sometimes you guys don t have my size and I don t know when you guys are ever going to restock those

I was thoroughly impressed by their ability and willingness to fix the mess-up from DHL After loosing my package I was back in touch with Blacktailor representatives and they were super helpful in fixing things Though the C43 pants in size 30 I bought were easily a size 36 or 38 So some sizing is a bit messed up Good service and product quality just sizing was off

Brilliant item wish I d order a size down but still the style I was looking for at an amazing price Reasonable delivery time aswell since I didn t get express delivery

The shipping was pretty long something like 17 days but it was free so I won t complain Pants are exactly if not basically the exact same thing I ordered I got some frost white C1 Cargos and damn the white really shines as hard as it does in the display picture The pants are comfortable the material feels durable and elastic the pockets are huuuuuge However I ve only worn them once or twice so I can t say whether or not they ll break down as some other reviews said but it definitely doesn t seem like they will The colour might fade out later this sheen of white is really hard to maintain but that s not their fault clean and maintain them regularly and it should last long Overall 8 5 10 I m very satisfied

The designs are just neat I love my new pants The only issue for Italy is that shipping for orders over 100 isn t really free since I had to pay DHL 40 to get my order s 3 total in the past five years delivered because of customs Idk if this is something that the company can resolve Anyway the pants are great almost 5 stars overall

Great fit and stylish be careful with extra shipping costs i had to pay an extra 40 bucks to DHL when i was supossed to get free shipping nevertheless 9 10 for sure
