I was charged duties and fees upon delivery If duties and fees are gonna be charged on top of a already large shipping fee then that should be made clear in the purchasing process

The pant sizes aren t true to size Very over sized fit I was denied a return because the pants were purchased with a gift card So now I m stuck with these huge pants Bad company policies I don t not recommend doing business with this company

I bought 3 pants for the first time on the website and it s mot true to the size so my friend couldn t fit but he loves the brand a lot I was going to refund and find something else but end up it s cant be refund because it was on sale It s should be stated very clear on sale items I bought it s on blackfriday and didn t think that some company still use that policy Now I m stuck with 3 pants and wasted my money on something that couldn t be use This is a brand I wouldn t recommend to anyone

Disappointed Bought 2 pants from Blacktailor

I purchased two pants from Blacktailor specifically the V2 CARGO pants Unfortunately the fabric around the pockets is already ripping which is quite disappointing I really like the style of the pants but I feel that the quality is not up to par if they are already tearing so quickly I only washed them once on a quick wash which is the same way I wash all my other pants It would be great if the customer support team at Blacktailor could reach out to me to resolve this issue

Received two pants for Christmas and they turned out to he small I returned both still haven t received my refund this company acts like its the end of the world to give you a refund Save your time and money shop elsewhere
