Horrible customer service do not recommend

Poor communication with clients The delivery is late by a few days already and it looks like iwill have to wait even more

Return Process

Cancelled any order and said they would refund me still have no got the money back over 30 days I have emailed them multiple times and have gotten no responses back They owe me money and I am worried to send back clothes that didn t fit and not get store credit either If you have to return anything or deal with customer service I would not recommend this company

Get your sizes sorted

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and they were not my size I submitted a return request and shipped items back but did not receive any refunds or store credits I sent an email out with proof of items delivered to warehouse and received a response to select items and I will be provided a discount code and only pay for shipping although I had to pay out of pocket to have returned items delivered to warehouse already The items I am looking to purchase are out of stock therefore I cannot use the discount code An easier return process will greatly improve customer experience

low quality for a high price

I ordered a size 32 pair of pants however this is more of a size 34 I could almost fit in it twice Pants came from Hong Kong which left me charged with customs clearing at an additional 20 - This made for an expensive pair of no can wear

Pants material is extremely heavy

their pieces look amazing bought a couple of cargos 1 month ago and i was quickly dissapointed at the quality for cargos at this price point i would have expected much higher quality within a few weeks on the pants zipper already broke and thus the pants isnt wearable anymore and on the other pieces i bought the zippers arent opening closing as smoothly keep in mind these are not even a month old only reason i didnt give a 1 star is because of how good the pieces look and they look exactly the same as on their website

Waiting way too long

Pants material is extremely heavy also not a great fit for short wide people With as many styles you guys provide you should be able to provide something more complementary for shorter people I received pants that were stained

I ve been waiting for a pair of cargos from this company for quite a while around 8 days and still haven t been updated I m finding it also hard to communicate with this company
