The button broke off my pants in less than 3 time wearing them

Order has still not arrived after over

My package has not arrived after about a month of the purchase and 12 days after the scheduled delivery Trying to reach the support has not worked i tried reaching out to blacktailor as well to DHL

Order has still not arrived after over a month in transit In that time I have received no fewer than three separate emails soliciting feedback I ve been in contact with customer support for two weeks now who continually insist that the order is in transit and asking me to wait for an update from the carrier The tracker has not updated in a full month

Scam company that doesn t allow returns

It has been a month since I placed my order and it has yet to arrive Customer service has been very unhelpful in locating the package and I now am pursuing a refund edit They have resent my order I will update when I receive my pants second edit It is almost the holidays and I still do not have my order If you were thinking of buying from blacktailor for gifts this Christmas season look ANYWHERE else Terrible automated customer service the shipping times are absolute lies they basically stole my money with no word of a refund

Scam taxes very high

Worst experience I bought 3 pants for 300 and paid 100 of taxes for delivery in France and I m not the only one lot of people have the same problem

No communication Delivery days not matched

Its been a whole month and i still get no answer of where my pants are they just spam as bots Sometimes the tracking website may not update quick enough So i can only suggest people to look for other webs where there may actually get either their products delivered at time or webs that have actual client support Btw i forgot to mention the fact that it took them 2 whole weeks to tell me that my package was been held at customs despite i contact them twice in those weeks I cant reccomend Blacktailor to anyone

Disappointing

I have yet to receive an order update but my money was accepted They claim it s within 24 hours but it s been well over 72 hours with no updates whatsoever Also I have messaged and emailed multiple times and no response guess I was just cheated out of 70

Frustrating

So unfortunately Black Tailor only reaches out after you give them a negative review they responded that they can not find my order with my email address and asked for my shipping address which means they have lost my order I sent my address and asked about my money that they took and haven t seen a response since

I was charged duties and fees upon delivery If duties and fees are gonna be charged on top of a already large shipping fee then that should be made clear in the purchasing process

I returned two pair off pants back to

I returned two pair off pants back to you they were to big and I wanted a credit to purchase two different pair I have emailed for the last two weeks about my return and know one has not reached out to me I hope I am not out 146 00 dollars and take the further for my money or my credit so can someone please get back to me
