I heard some good about BLACKTAILOR and was happy to order one of their top selling product I had to wait few weeks to receive my product because I live in Europe even though I usually takes less time than that The pants fitted well and looked great I wore them for the next 3 days simply doing day to day stuff working in an office walking in a city I was suprised when I reach for my left pocket and I discovered a hole under the seams With pants this is often one of the first parts that break but this is not expected after 3 days especially with a normal usage I got angry when I checked for my right pocket and I found the same defect with an even bigger hole Finally I checked the others seams and I found out that my right backpocket was starting to detach because the seam broke This is a huge dissapointment especially in a world where we try to push for better quality in order to pollute less The bar is even higher with fashion I just feel like I got scammed and got some overpriced alieexpress stuff I was really looking for BLACKTAILOR and It s been dissapointing And I don t picture myself sending back the product after waiting for a whole month to get it at my expense because of bad quality product probably also due to BLACKTAILOR looking to cut cost and pushing for cheaper materials seams I ll more than happy to update my review if we can found something together I Hope that BLACKTAILOR will update their quality control I don t mind paying more if it means a better quality that whatever I had the displeasure to get EDIT BLACKTAILOR CS replied and is handling my case Props to their quick answer

The look feel of the shorts were not as expected The pockets flared which was disappointing Not worth returning as cost prohibitive

Long shipping times and the quality didn t match the price tag satisfied enough to not return but angered enough to not buy more items

I picked a size 28 for my pants and then it switched to a size 26 after purchase I m not sure what happened but i want to change my size and i still haven t been contacted back

Extremely confusing sizing and unfair return process Imagine you buy wrong size 1 Delivery 5 2 Return 5 3 Redilivery 5 Total wasted money 15 Maybe you are same as me and want a refund Nope you cant get that only in store credit I have already re-ordered twice but still have not find the right size So i have wasted 30 thats 50 of pants cost I would put 1 star but the customer support is quite good

At first my N30 black cargos looked nice and fit well but then after I washed and dried the clothes there were color discoloration near the pockets and the pants had shrunken

I bought a v3 cargo tan and a v1 grey purple pants and the v1 fitted me good These pants run very big I m a size 34 sometimes a 36 and had to get a size 30 for both but the messed up part of my order is that the v3 cargo tan pants I ordered was an exchange item because I ordered a size 32 before that and it was way to big on me then I ordered a size 30 and it feels exactly the same It s like thy put a tag size of 30 on a pair of pants that feels like a size 32 now I m trying to return them but they are saying that my item doesn t comply with the return policy when I bought both items at full price I m so unhappy I like my v1 but why are they giving me a hard time to return the v3 tan size 30 so I can exchange it for a size 28 because it seems that the v3 cargo tan pants run way bigger than the other pants I have a size 30 v3 cargo in black and it fits me fitted so why does the size 30 v3 cargo tan pants still feels big on me It s not making any sense I just feel like I deserve to return them to exchange it for a the next smaller size of 28 since the v3 tan run way big it seems Or like I said before maybe someone put a size 30 tag on pants that feel like 32 Because my size 30 v3 cargo black pants feel fitted so why does the v3 tan doesn t feel the same Please allow me to exchange them at least I m so upset

Poor communication with clients The delivery is late by a few days already and it looks like iwill have to wait even more

Cancelled any order and said they would refund me still have no got the money back over 30 days I have emailed them multiple times and have gotten no responses back They owe me money and I am worried to send back clothes that didn t fit and not get store credit either If you have to return anything or deal with customer service I would not recommend this company

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and they were not my size I submitted a return request and shipped items back but did not receive any refunds or store credits I sent an email out with proof of items delivered to warehouse and received a response to select items and I will be provided a discount code and only pay for shipping although I had to pay out of pocket to have returned items delivered to warehouse already The items I am looking to purchase are out of stock therefore I cannot use the discount code An easier return process will greatly improve customer experience
