Really are great products and quality Would have gave the 5 starsBut got 2 pants Same size and there seems to be a pretty big difference Interested to see if this improves on the next order

Nice product delivery took a bit of time and wasn t really kept up to date But the trousers are nice comfortable and stylish I would recommend

Bonjour Alors pour etre objectif et donn mon experience avec Blacktailor les delais de reception sont assez long pour ma part j ai command le 18 avril et j ai recu la commande seulement hier donc le 17 mai le suivi sur le site DHL est un peu aleatoire on a du mal savoir exactement ou se trouve le colis mais bon ce n est pas la faute du site je precise aussi que de mon cot je n ai pas eu de frais de douanne regler Par contre le service client de blacktailor est vraiment r actif et c est top je mettais tromp de taille pour le pantalon ils ont fait le changement direct pour finir et parler de l article en lui m me c est de bonne qualit je suis m me agr ablement surpris belles finitions et on sent le pantalon costaud Merci Good morning So to be objective and given my experience with Blacktailor the delivery times are quite long for my part I ordered on April 18 and I received the order only yesterday so on May 17 the follow-up on the DHL site is a bit random it s hard to know exactly where the package is but hey it s not the site s fault I also specify that on my side I didn t have to pay customs fees On the other hand blacktailor s customer service is really reactive and it s great I put on the wrong size for the pants they made the direct change to finish and talk about the article itself it s good quality I m even pleasantly surprised beautiful finishes and you can feel the sturdy pants THANKS

C43 cargo pants the quality is good but the size chart provided in the site doesn t match ordered size 30 which i basically wear but they turned out to be like 3 sizes bigger Also slow delivery

Pretty good got my pants Just wish blacktailor recommends a type of shirt to buy Instead of saying look at Instagram But overall excellent The pants fit nicely

I love the products however only reason why it s not five stars is because sometimes you guys don t have my size and I don t know when you guys are ever going to restock those

I was thoroughly impressed by their ability and willingness to fix the mess-up from DHL After loosing my package I was back in touch with Blacktailor representatives and they were super helpful in fixing things Though the C43 pants in size 30 I bought were easily a size 36 or 38 So some sizing is a bit messed up Good service and product quality just sizing was off
