This company is terrible
This company is terrible I was taken in by a slick video of a casual lounge wear set and ordered at 36 so not exactly cheap cheap price with an expectation of something nice HUGE letdown on receipt of garments in the most awful cheap fabric Absolutely no point trying to return as expect further terrible service Note to self do not purchase from on line social media shops as most are of this ilk am afraid

Do not order from this company if you are in the UK the items are nothing like you see in the pictures and they make it impossible for you to send back for a refund insinuating the package will get lost during customs and shipping and will cost you more than the item did as it s from china They will offer you a 10 discount to donate it to charity instead Be careful it s a scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE This place is a scam I ordered a coat the package took ages to arrive and couldn t have been more than 2cm depth when the package came The coat is like nothing with cheap fabric They use false advertising and when you request a refund they tell you that you have to cover the costs of sending it back to china which they state themselves is expensive and difficult to do and so they offer a 10 refund instead Completely avoid this company

Absolute scammers Don t order from them
Fake products They look nothing like the pictures the materials are awful They re so cheap and nasty and absolutely nothing like the photos They make it impossible to return sending an essay of an email saying it ll be expensive to post to china they ll be import fees blah blah blah offered a 15 refund For fake products Don t buy anything from this scam company

Do not order from this dodgy websiteOrders come from China weeks later and in my case never arrived - according to the other reviews they look nothing like the pictures too so beware Emailing them is also a bit of a joke- don t expect responses unless they are disputing the delivery

I gave it a one star as customer
I gave it a one star as customer service did respond paid 44 for a coat it was like a cheap dressing gown when it came would cost 20 to return so kept it and gave to a charity shop and they refunded 15 honestly do not buy nothing like its picture

Worst online shopping experience of my life
If you are reading this I URGE you please please do not order from this website The pictures on the website portray beautiful clothes of good quality They will take WEEKS to come and when they do come they will be different colours than you ordered and of the cheapest Chinese fabric there is Then when you try to get a refund the customer service WILL NOT issue refund information amd eventually will tell you an address to send the items to MR PAN in China at my own considerable expense Please please please do not spend your hard earned money here

SCAM Rubbish from CHINA can t cancel waiting for refund 2 hours after ordering
Ordered 2 coats only to read all these awful reviews There is no option of cancel the bank wouldn t revoke the pending payments of over 90 I ve emailed twice and according to the terms if you cancel within 12 hours they cancel and refund but charge you 6 per item for CHANGING YOUR MIND which is against UK law as you can t ship back to CHINA without it costing a small fortune A total scam they better make the cancellations as per their terms and conditions their website is a lie and I will delete this review if FULL refunds are made
