Avoid this shop They have the same products and photos as BAKKER See the picture buy product and you get something that can not be recognized as a plant is it alive of dead Whatever the reason you read this review pls don t let them trick you Oh yes no customer support since delivery was 3 weeks later no explanation whatsoever

No reply at all for 3 days after made an order

Made an order did bank transfer on 17th Feb now 3 days past status didn t change at all and no reply No customer service at all No numbers available either

The plants were delivered very late and were very very small and in an almost dead condition

Too many small tubers and 1 decent dhalia it s like it s the end of the season and had to get rid of them I have put 7 tubers in pots maybe in a couple of years something might happen

I received very small bulbs a lot loose and I had 1 medium size one when I should have had 10 bulbs so was disappointed I put the tubers in pots maybe in a few years something might happen won t buy from you again

Think twice before ordering here

Objectively - Site declares the next day delivery for items in stock but it took a week to get my order - One of the articles was of unacceptable quality - out of 10 roots in the package only one was half alive the rest were completely rotten This is the response from the seller Regarding the quality of the Stokroos we apologize for the inconvenience Unfortunately plants bulbs and seeds are natural products and can be affected by external factors beyond our control However we take quality very seriously If you have any additional concerns please let us know This is not the inconvenience I paid for the product that in fact I didn t get And instead of suggesting reimbursement or replacement I am invited into addressing concerns which I clearly addressed in the first place If quality is so important why nobody cares to check inventory state - 2 pot plants were missing in delivery but it is my word against someone in the warehouse who said they were added to the box which is not even possible as box arrived fully loaded Still no resolution Bottom line I certainly won t order again and will recommend everyone to think twice before doing that at least ensure that you make photos of every step as of unpacking to have better armory for your customer s rights

I won t be buying from here again

Poor communication plants in poor condition on arrival soil had fallen out of the pots Only half the plants have survived

The delivery process was not as smooth

The delivery process was not as smooth as advertised I recieved very little information about the order and delivery approximation for about a week This does not make for an enjoyable experience as I started to think the website was a scam If you advertise next day delivery there should be better communication to relay why this isn t the case When the package eventually arrived it was too late for me to bring it on the flight I had arranged Better communication and more realistic delivery promises would improve the experience

Everything was easy to shopping I got nice pakket and high quality That is five stars but one minus because I didn t get track and trace So it was surpris when the morning I got e-mail from delivery company about the pakket is coming today The rest was good
