Not sure what that response was from Blueacron in response to my comment Even the responses from them are generic on the forum Not sure why blue acorn is apologizing but I was approved and you guys aren t even taking the time to look into anything because you re responding with incorrect information which again doesn t help me Who is running this business It s ridiculous that ALL of these people are having the same issues with this company Class Action suit it is

FINALLY PAID 08 28 SIGNED 05 28oh waitBlueAcorn accidentally paid the original bank who rejected my deposit on 06 04 AGAIN They emailed me saying management was aware of this mistake and they don t know why it happened They said to keep checking the portal So after 3 months of checking the portal with ZERO communication or option to update my bank info or verify my ID they literally finally paid me again to the original bank which rejected the first deposit Now instead of doing something about it after this stomach turning hope smashing moment of negligence after 3 months of waiting for something they tell me Keep checking back at the portal

Ironic what Blue Acorn has been doing with their auto replies Facts are this 1 Was approved and received loan number 2 One digit was missing in routing number and support ticket was submitted SAME DAY 3 never received a response to correct it 4 was told by chat rep from Blue Acorn that all was good and just needed to fix routing number and to wait for email this was 6 23 and within 30 min of that chat was denied as well as 75k other people according to the SBA because Blue Acorn was practicing illegal funding errors

Blueacorn denied my loan around 3 months ago and still have the money they got from the SBA My loan is now in default I am giving up my fight with them as I now have to battle cancer I have lost everything and I am not blaming anyone butt they caused me so much stress for over a year only to turn me down when I needed the money the most This business needs to be shut down because the never helped my small business or any other small business most of the loans they processed were tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands and the smaller loans were terminated and the person is still listed on the national database and caweb as getting money that never came shame on you for treating people this way

I did 100 trouble tickets for this response and all this company does it lie and give you this blank response I have brought this to their attention over 3 weeks ago and I have now informed law enforcement Just send me the freaking letter why all of these excuses Please just email me the freaking letter why do you making everything so hard Hello Brian Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Please continue to work this out through our Support Portal by submitting a new ticket through and one of our team members will connect within 24 hours

Horrible company they keep saying my wifes funds have been deposited in the account on file and she calls her bank and there is nothing been sent 3 trace numbers only one of them my bank can find blue acorn keeps giving her the run around Do not deal with the scamming company

I was approved

I was approved funds sent to capital one bank they but funds on hold 2 months ago funds were sent back to blue acorn still no update from blue acorn They are just saying still under manual review at this point i don t think I m going to receive my funds it s been a whole year the problem still hasn t been solved

OMG they are horrid

OMG they are horrid No IT support or PPP assistance with forgiveness I literally put in 20 help desk tickets without resolution Fly by night operators I am at a loss to describe how truly bad they are

Shady Blueacorn Buisness Practices

Approved my ppp loan then deposited it into some phantom account then 6 months later tell me they can t approve my loan No customer service what so ever Shady horrible buisness practices Multiple trouble tickets created through their bootleg website and every agent has some different response or reply that all see prestaged Reported to the BBB and have joined in pending lawsuit against this company

I applied for a loan with Blueacorn

I applied for a loan with Blueacorn under the CARES Act I was approved on 04 06 2021 and signed all of the documents I was told I would receive my funds within the week but never have I made many attempts to speak to someone regarding this issue to be told by their agents that my file has been check and everything looks good for funds to be disbursed The funds never was disbursed When I reached out to see why they didn t fulfill their promise I was told an adverse action has been taking and I was denied and that was final without any explanation as to why I m still in the database that I received the loan The SBA claims that I am approved and should have received the funds This company procedures and policies is unfair and very deceptive I can see so many people are going through the same thing with this company Further harming consumers like this during a national crisis is unjustifiable I will be filing a complaint with the U S Treasury and the Attorney General of the state to get answers
