Do not order online

Be careful They false advertise books as in stock and then make you wait months to get it because they don t have it They also use a sketchy system for their buy two get one where they don t just take a couple bucks off of each book to give you the discount instead of just giving you one book free that way they can charge me for my free book once they decide to ship it out months later I buy books daily and mostly online but their customer support is so unhelpful that they ve officially lost my business in their online store

Just bad in every aspect

Website is awful to use They sell things they don t have and expect you to wait months even though it says 3-5 day shipping I will never buy from them again

Oooh What s in the box

Nothing Nothing was in the box Oh but it was wrapped and sealed nicely and had all the promising aura of a newly packaged novel Much to my heartbreak Books-a-Million took my money and sent me boxed bemusement Parceled pain Distributed dissatisfaction I ve cancelled the rest of my order but have zero faith that that effort will prove useful I don t expect a refund I won t shop here again and will advise even a complete stranger to steer clear of the empty Books-a-Million

I haven t received my books ether and there tracking link is a joke Im going to my bank pnc and reporting that there a fradult company Also has anyone ever thought about contacting an attorney I m thinking there s a lawsuit here with all these complaints This company should be shut down

i ordered three books about a month and

i ordered three books about a month and i half ago and paid for express shippingfor 2-3 days after a couple weeks i have heard nothing from them so i yried to cancle so i could just order on amazon but it wouldnt let me and everytime i try to contact them i get no response still havnt gotten my books

Electronic Gift Card

Placed an order online for an electronic gift card for a 9 year old Recipient never received the email with the gift card even though the address was correct Notified company via chat thought I had resolution Nothing So far e gift card has been sent 3 times to an accurate email address Nothing Next step sending it to a different email address If this proves unsuccessful they ll have to put it in the regular mail How is this possible in this day and age Unacceptable

It took a month to receive a response that was not personalized You already broke your ridiculous deadline Your business model is fraudulent You know damn sure if you would come clear to customers before they would authorize you to charge them that you are going to take months to fulfill the order no one would ever buy from you
