I had high hopes from Brand Push but We picked Brand Push and picked the Pro plan that includes writing The writer TOTALLY disregarded what was given in the form Anyhow we rewrote the article completely and asked that it be simply published to save on time And even that was delayed 2 days enough said

A thoroughly terrible experience from beginning to end and a gratuitous waste of time and money NOTE I used Trust Pilot to buy this service which is the only reason I m writing this review because I want to help others avoid the same pitfall as me I suspect that all the glowing and positive reviews for this service are as disingenuous as the service itself I don t believe any of them are verified users I may be wrong of course but I find it interesting that someone would create an account here just to write one positive review from the bottom of their heart One negative review makes sense but not one positive review First I had to wait a week for them to fix a technical issue with my order When they finally dispatched the release it contained formatting errors which they failed to proof check IMO this is not a legitimate media coverage site They dispatch the release to random extension pages of sites including Press release pages dislocated from the main news sites So a regular reader will never find these articles In fact you can t even find the article on most of these sites despite searching using the article headline An abhorrent waste of money and time that caused major delays in my PR activity It would ve been far better spent creating my own database of legitimate journalists to whom I could send my release

This is a scam company everyone do not believe this is a bitter lesson I ask them to refund my full amount I bought their 195 order on November 1st But they said my article was not up to scratch and that it would cost me an additional 59 I agreed to pay an extra 59 so I paid a total of 254 But they never published my article They kept delaying and making excuses Because I authorized the credit card payment to my horror they kept charging my credit card I was charged 195 195 59 on November 1st and 195 59 on November 9th I have lost a total of 703 I have collected all the evidence and I will recover my lost amount through legal meansTheir customer service has been not replying to my messages the attitude is extremely bad I hope everyone will not continue to be deceived

I have used their highest package which is 200 backlinks website within 200 website only 5 backlinks index and rest of the backlinks not works Totally Shi

See updates below my original post Original post The sites they work with change the wording in QUOTED text All the articles include ridiculous typos the grammar is strange and the articles all sound like they were written in a different language and then copy and pasted into a translator SO BAD Publishing with this company will make you look stupid I m embarrassed by the articles they published with my name in them Don t make the same mistake I did UPDATE I see they ve responded saying I wrote my own article That s true which is why it s so frustrating that many of the published versions on news sites are nowhere near what I wrote That s why I m able to say my quoted text has been altered UPDATE 2 In emailing with Brand Push they ve explained that the articles I found with the bad grammar and broken English were not published by them but were published by other news sites that copied the articles published by their partners But these poorly written articles are still ranking higher on Google than most of the articles published by BrandPush s partners so it s still hurting my reputation when people Google me and my company I wouldn t work with BrandPush again because they don t use very reputable publication partners The most reputable are MarketWatch and Benzinga and everything else are sites like Southern Rhode Island Newspapers Roanoke Farmers Association and News Channel Nebraska

The service was delivered on paper but below my expectations and for the price They were able to write a press release and get it sent out to 517 sites in about 6 days but in reality 2 months after ordering I ve received a total of 0 new visitors or clicks from any news story published and some are already being removed and the biggest kicker of them all I m only seeing 1 news result appear on Google In fact when I search for the press release word for word I only see 1 news story but scroll to the bottom on Google and found a little note saying In order to show you the most relevant results we have omitted some entries very similar to the 9 already displayed If you like you can repeat the search with the omitted results included After clicking and only then do they show up and only 10 sites out of 517 No unique news stories No tons of news stories appearing on Google No real coverage No real traffic Not even the As Seen On Trust Badges they promised No real results except negative ROI I can t recommend Brandpush and I won t be using them again

The publishing process is clear cut and easy However the time it takes for each small revision is 1 working day which is a bummer Overall its a great experience for fast publicity

I ordered the 500 word offer because I wanted to see how the team would write a release Unfortunately the quality of the writing of our press release was simply awful Part of the release made no sense and sounded like they were written by somebody with only a marginal understanding of English and zero experience writing press releases No proper pull quotes no attribution was included Once we wrote our own press release it was distributed as promised quickly and efficiently The quality of support was also top-notch If you can write your own press release or hire a writer then this is a great service and we ll be using them again But we will bring our own writer in future

I paid and placed an order for a PR and sent them the PR 8 days later it still has not been assigned It says typically will be assigned in 24 hours Contact them and they said they would email me an update in 12 hours24 hours later still no update They contacted me back to advise they sent an email shortly after I submitted the article however I didn t receive any email from them about this They did get back to me after leaving this review so I have come back to leave an update The issue was resolved and after amending the article a little they accepted it and then published it a few working days later the report was then sent after this The project was completed but I feel the staff could have been more proactive about contacting me or updating the information in the tracking to advise me to contact them rather than leaving it for me to chase them and the webpage tracking to show that it was pending being assigned I therefore changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect this
