Overall BrandPush was a good experience They had friendly and helpful customer service staff who answered all of our questions My main critique is that our release was published several days late and it was published at the end of the week rather than during the week when most people are reading these business publications Not helpful for our purpose especially considering they weren t transparent about the cause for delays I would think carefully before using BrandPush again

Love it This time the writer was not as experienced as before

It took longer than promise but definitely did great on everything else

The service overall was great - the writing service could be improved as text was mainly copied from the website

Fast and efficient Was a bit disappointed that we had to go with the minimal amount of images and links for alternative articles but for the ease-of-use cannot complain

Brand Push delivered what they promised in terms of exposure on websites and the service was good and easy to use but the results didn t work for me The first page Google rankings for the published pages are irrelevant the pages are essentially lost and impossible to find and have resulted in no traction or interest Many of the 400 pages that have been published don t even show up in search results Of course this could be down to my content but since I can only review this service based on my experience and Brand Push s ability to distribute my content I m afraid to say that the service failed me and was a waste of money However the one thing that Brand Push did get right is their customer service They were very happy to patiently work with me to ensure I left happy and satisfied Unfortunately in my situation this did mean accepting a refund as I don t think there was any other possible resolution for me But again this could be as much down to my content as Brand Push s service

It was nice but better to SEO when searched

The turn around time was excellent and so was the response time for customer service The only thing I d change would be the ability to post with local media sources My business is in Memphis TN so having the article published in a Chicago media source isn t very helpful

Updated as of 4-26-23 BrandPush reached out in response to my initially disappointing experience and offered to make good on their promise for complete satisfaction They offered to tweak the headline to correct a typo and to push the story again at a more optimal time - essentially a 2nd publish to same outlets I was pleased with this commitment to satisfaction quality of product service ORIGINAL REVIEW Writing was uninspired had to rewrite about 1 2 of the story Story was published at 6pm EDT the WORST possible time for anyone to give a crap Yeah it shows up on all these sites but 99 of them are completely irrelevant to my product or market Seemed like half of the sites were focused on agriculture market just pitiful Overall I give them a D-
