Update on 7 Mar After placing a complaint here BrandPush started to respond quickly and finally I got my articles posted and the full report afterwards BrandPush do apologize for their bugs in email system which make me unable to receive their email even today However customer service through the live chat is really helpful So I change the rating from 1-star to 4-star here to reflect the true user experience First comment on 26 Feb No email received no update no reply after nearly placing order for 4 days The chatbot offers little help Even when I want to login my account my password of the BrandPush account is not received at all So regret not to create an account first before making the payment Don t trust their words of ACCOUNT WILL BE CREATED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER I wonder if all the 5-star comments are coming from genuine users or paid PR accounts How can Trustpilot allow this kind of spam be listed
