Product does not work

I purchased 3 boxes of lights 4 lights in each I decided to cancel via email within an hour of purchase because I read reviews Should have read first They got back to me three days later and said that it was too late to cancel but that I can return if I was not happy with the product within 30 days I received the lights and right out of the box 4 of them would not even turn on The on off switch did not work I called Brightology the same day that I received the lights I spoke to a customer service agent and advised that I wanted to return for full refund I was told that they do not refund and will replace the lights that did not work I advised that I did not want the product and wanted a refund She insisted that they do not offer refunds I told her about the email I received and she still would not refund me I also said that 4 of the lights did not even have working switches She said those could be replaced and she actually wanted me to open all the boxes and video the lights to see if they were working I was on the phone for over an hour My request for a supervisor were denied I told her that I was having PayPal assist me in refund I called PayPal and within 10 minutes I had a dispute case opened and assured they would handle PayPal contacted Brightology and I returned all the lights and will be getting a refund PayPal even pays for the cost of the return Bottom line Product and their customer service are deplorable and I do not recommend

Do your homework and read the reviews first

I wish I had done my homework and read the reviews before I purchased these terrible lights The company does not stand by their product which is understandable inasmuch as they do not work well at all Several of the lights never worked from the beginning and the ones that did were short-lived and dim Before the lights even arrived the transaction went through my credit card When I saw the amount they had charged my card I called to cancel since it was not the price I had been quoted They would not do that they issued a very meager credit I had not yet received the lights and was away for my husband s funeral when they were delivered Once I returned and saw the lights the company claimed it was too late What a bad experience at a bad time in my life READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM BRIGHTOLOGY Terrible quality and the ones I bought only worked for 3 months In addition their Product Support department is one of the worst I have ever dealt with There are many solar lights available to purchase DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED

Brightology Lights are Garbage - No Warranty or Customer Service

Bought 12 ColorGlow solar lights in April of 2022 By June of 2022 11 of the 12 stopped working They only have a 30 day customer satisfaction policy They will not replace these defective lights nor take them back for a refund This company is a scam Don t buy - run the other way I am going to try to start a class action against them for knowingly selling defective products I have already complained to PayPal and the BBB Posted on their Facebook page but they keep deleting my complaint I will post every day if I have to
