Corrupt and incompetent

I wrote a review in September 2023 No feedback I have a tribunal hearing in October - another organisation However the dishonesty and absolute incompetence of the older adults and hospital social workers- which will be presented in this case I wonder why 5 has not undertaken a judicial statutory review The reviews are shocking in the failures

Beware of bus lane fines

Visited Brighton for a break in a town I don t know where there were roadworks resulting in road closures the diversion route signs were sketchy to say the least and led me to a route that I had no option other than to enter a bus lane an empty and safe move since arriving home have received 2 fines for entering a bus lane one the way in and one on the way out luckily I didn t use my car whilst there Safe to say that I will not be visiting Brighton again

THIS LOT DON T DESERVE ONE STAR I M 73 BORN AND BRED BRIGHTON THIS USELESS LOT HAVE TOTALLY RUINED THE CITY I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A NEGLECTED DELAPIDATED GARAGE I DID NOT BOTHER WITH THE SO CALLED TIME WASTING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK I ISSUED A COUNTY COURT CLAIM THEY SETTLED OUT OF COURT FINANCIALLY BUT NO SIGN OF ANOTHER GARAGE THAT AGAIN NEEDED WORK WHAT RESIDENTS SHOULD READ IS THE ACCOUNTS AND AUDITORS REPORT FOR THE I360 AT COMPANIES HOUSE ITS FREE THIS COUNCIL HAVE WRITTEN OFF HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY THAT WAS OWED IN INTEREST AND THE SO CALLED ATTRACTION HAS NEVER MADE A PROFIT THEY HAVE LOST MILLIONS BESIDES WASTING MILLIONS ON UNUSED CYCLE LANES FURTHER THE AUDITORS REPORTS OVER RUNNING OF THIS PROJECT USE A WORD SEVERAL TIMES FRAUD

Unbelievably poor customer service

Unbelievably poor customer service Rude telephone staff incredibly long call waiting times Happy to have moved out of Brighton so won t have to deal with the terrible service again Would give 0 stars if I could They need to do something about this

Brighton Parking NAZI s

Brighton Parking Nightmare At multiple road parking sites the phone number displayed to pay didn t work Total hassle So I used PaybyPhone app at another site on Spring Gdns wouldn t register Paid at parking meter by card got billed by my bank then got a PCN number and Fine but this useless inefficient BANKRUPT council --who charge parking fees up to 8pm because they re so broke -- appeal form takes you to a green pay button after you ve entered the PCN nos and Reg Trying to appeal is very difficult Sent them proof of payment and they rejected it and doubled the fine to 70 TotalConI AM NOT PAYING TWICE BrightonCouncil BrightonParkingScam

Terrible city

Terrible city overpriced and so woke it s a joke Don t bother visiting you ll be charged extortionate prices for parking and will probably be forced into a bus lane where you will be charged again Used to love this city but the council have made it clear outsiders are not welcome

Paid for parking online still get fined

Visited for an afternoon paid for parking using website given to us by officer and got a PCN 10 minutes after paying Can t appeal since I don t live in UK Have plenty of proof I paid Reading the Brighton bus lane scam now and wondering if I get even more tickets Would avoid Brighton if I had known about how unfriendly this town is to tourists If you must visit find a ticket machine but I would honestly avoid Brighton Town needs money and it shows Trying to get in touch with Brighton council but even for this I need a UK post code so it s clear they re just scamming overseas visitors for money Bet it was a Brexit town too no more EU funding so now they need to find another way to get that money Very disappointed

Impossible to get on the phone even though unable to answer query about Council Tax on their website All week long AI recorded message says that they have reached their capacity and cannot answer the phone Absolutely disgraceful bunch of idiots
