Can t get through to this company
I have been trying for weeks to contact Britten wedding veils to discuss a possible purchase I have left numerous messages and emailed but not heard back Such a shame as veils look amazing

I bought a stunning veil for my niece at very short notice and the company could not have been more helpful It was beautiful quality and exactly what my niece wanted at a reasonable price V impressed

The veil I purchased was beautiful
The veil I purchased was beautiful I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing online but the veil was exactly what I was looking for and good value I loved the attention to detail including that it arrived in a lovely box with a handwritten card Sarah Jane responded promptly to my emails and we arranged a time for her to call me so she could provide advice around what matched and I could share pictures of my dress All the transactions including a return of an identical second veil I had ordered just in a different size went through smoothly It would be nice though if it was a little easier to communicate by giving a dedicated phone number even if it s only available to call for a few hours over the week but I understand that this might be tricky given it is a small business
