I signed upto a Talk talk broadband package on line I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the package However I was promised a 100 gift card when I signed up which I never received I contacted customer service at Talk Talk who were a delight to talk to They understood the problem checked it out and today I received the 100 gift card Well done for an excellent customer service
