A Great Investment in Safety and Peace of Mind
I am very happy with both of my Bruno stair lifts I have two 15-step staircases and after my recent trip down one of them I opted to have them installed I chose Bruno for several reasons and glad I did First the help I got from Donna and the staff at 101 Mobility in Delafield WI was great Not only was I able to actually try out the unit but I had all my questions and concerns answered in a thorough and friendly manner with no pressure Once I found out that the units were in fact made in WI and close to me I knew this was the company I wanted to deal with Installation was quick and professional and I was given great instructions on how to use them before the installer left They run smoothly and make me feel much more secure Whether it be hauling groceries up to my kitchen or laundry down from the bedrooms I no longer worry about more falls and possibly injuries The units are well made and the warranty is also a plus I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a stair lift

Easy to Operate
Bruno StairLift is easy to operate reasonable price low maintenance 2 remotes-one placed at top of stairs and one at bottom make it possible to call chair where needed A big plus is moving other items up and down stairs ie suit cases and laundry baskets No pressure sales

Short wait for installation
Short wait for installation Installation was quick Everyone was pleasant personable and professional I ve run out of p words or I d keep going My mom can now go up and down to different parts of the house on her own which really lifted her spirits As a multigenerational military family we are very happy to work with a veteran-owned business
