A bit rough and unorganised

I made a phone call to ask for their services They guide me on how to fill their form online It took me several minutes to fill their form and once I sent it they reply to me saying that they don t cover my area Should not ask my address before they instruct me how to fill their form

I am very disappointed of the service level they offer Communication is extremely slow Need to wait long for a visit I have been waiting for the final certificate sign off for the past 2 weeks Chasing over phone is not effective This is not acceptable

I have been trying to obtain my building certificate for the past three weeks consistently following up with both the office and the building control team Despite expressing the urgency of my situation explaining that I am about to undergo cancer treatment and need this certificate to finalize the sale of my house for my family s future they have failed to respond to my emails and calls This lack of communication and attention has caused significant stress during an already difficult time I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received
