Awful company
Awful company I ordered a white fox hoodie and joggers Please bear in mind this took over a month to arrive When opened it arrived in the wrong size I ve been trying to return it but communication doesn t seem to be so thing they do I first asked about returning it before Christmas and have still got nowhere with with as they since they ve emailed three times offering another solution instead no full refund or the the return label like I ve asked for multiple times They have also now told me they won t accept an open package So waste even more money sending back an item for you to not refund me anyway How was I supposed to know it came in the wrong size without opening and looking at it Seriously avoid

Avoid at all costs Product quality is shocking There is a returns policy on the website but with zero information on how to actually return an item Have not received a single response to the 5 enquiries that I have lodged as to the returns process
