Love buyee They re my favourite package forwarder Buying kitschy niche merch is pretty expensive as a Canadian But buying them directly from sellers in Japan the prices are like night and day I bought a compact of a character I love a US site listed it at 60 dollars but I managed to find it on Buyee for 12 Searching with kanji yields better results if you re searching for something very specific but great selection and it s super easy

Good after-sale service

I bought some goods through buyee Unfortunately one of them is a book and its corners were damaged during transport Thankfully I paid 500 yen for insured delivery and inspection I think it s the right choice to pay for the two things when you buy expensive goods Then provide enough information and get a reasonable refund It s my first time facing such a problem and the process is efficient It took three weekdays from when I asked for buyee support until I received the refund faster than 1-2 weeks that they said in the email

Recenty discovered YahooAuctionsJapan And Buyee jp Set up my account added my Money Card and placed 3 bids in the past 12 hours Buyee fees are very reasonable Shipping estimates are also figuring in - all the way to Florida 8 000 miles So what if a 30 item costs you an additional 25 - 30 to travel 8 000 miles The quality and trust from Japan and the Japanese people are well worth it Thanks Mr Spinelli USA

Quick and easy purchase

I have not found the bag I wanted anywhere outside Japan so it was great that Buyee could purchase for me and then send the bag to me I was wary having read the reviews below but agree with others who say that the fees are clear and postage is estimated before you decide to buy I was happy with the price paid for the bag the small Buyee charge and the cost of FedEx postage It arrived faster than orders from inside the UK still waiting for orders placed in England before the Buyee transaction The packing was done well and the bag was brand new as described I would definitely recommend Buyee to others and will use them again

Great service

I ve been using Buyee for quite some time now and I ve never had any major issues with them They have an excellent customer support which is always helpful it also doesn t take them long to respond The service fees are not that expensive in my opinion unlike the shipping costs which can get quite pricey but that s probably not something that Buyee can affect I m happy to recommend them

Highly Recommend

Used Buyee for years importing Magazines Car Parts Aero etc etc mainly used them for Yahoo Auctions as it s the only real place to buy Car Parts for JDM Cars Fees for using them isn t that bad but do expect them Shipping cost has never really been a problem don t ship things individually and just ensure you consolidate multiple parcels I ve seen threads on Reddit about reducing shipping fees but this seems completely pointless as Buyee downsize parcels when Consolidating I will continue to use them as they are by far the easiest and most efficient companies I ve used and I have used multiple I feel like people give bad reviews through their own short comings instead of Buyees Solid company recommend them constantly

While my package seems to have been mixed up in the warehouse I did receive a full refund after only 3 days Customer support was very friendly and cooperative I have had many packages sent via Tenso as well so something like this was bound to happen at some point I am still very pleased with both companies and will use them again

Definitely Recommend

I was sort of scared to buy from Buyee as a new customer but I don t regret it at all I bought an anime figurine for 40p and it was great and authentic it s just the shipping that can be quite expensive but that depends on the size and weight of your item I chose the cheapest shipping option 12 and it was great the package was supposed to come in 12 days but came in only 4 I bought 2 more packages and combined them once they arrived in the warehouse I suggest doing this since it saved some money on shipping I love Buyee and I ll be buying more from it soon

Worth combining shipping

Overall was a good experience only took about a week to arrive using DHL One thing to note is that it s worth looking into combining your orders for shipping if you re buying multiple things because shipping can be quite pricey
