I ve made a couple of orders with Buyee and everytime everything went smoothly It s an honest and trustable company I think people on here don t understand what a proxy service is Proxy service is enabling customers to make a purchase on a website that doesn t ship worldwide They are just ordering whatever you pick They don t offer any goods themselves therefore if you get scammed or something you bought is fake it s not buyee that is scamming you They re just helping you with making the purchase therefore the the customer is the one who is responsible for making a smart purchase If you get scammed don t blame the proxy service blame yourself Same goes for the shipping time Buyee doesn t know when the seller will ship your item They re only responsible for shipping your items that have arrived at their warehouse and that doesn t take them long in my expirience The only critisism that i could agree on is that maybe Buyee should explicitly say on their website that if you make a couple of purchases they won t unbox them and they ll just put it in a one big box which makes shipping costs rather high but still it s not like they re scamming you it s just their policy which isn t necessarily unfair or something Just be responsible and think before you buy something and everything will be fine There are no any hidden fies or anything of this sort

Good so far

I have been purchasing from Buyee now few times and shipped items to Finland twice and I can say so far my experience has been very positive The fee s are easily found and if you keep them in mind everytime you purchase you can get some really good deals The few times where Mercari seller did not send out the product Buyee refunded me the cost of the item without me having to reach out Their service has also been very quick I think almost all orders were fullfilled in 1 or 2 days I haven t had experiences with customer service so i cannot comment on that Shipping fees are very reasonable I don t think any of my cd and card orders have taken more than 30 to ship out with EMS and as I never shipout just a singular item the postage per item has been pretty reasonable I do not know what other reviewers are talking about with higher than average shipping prices Buyee does not control those prices My recommendation for shopping is to look at all the fee charts carefully and use their shipping calculator BEFORE making a purchase It helps to always round up the mumbers as well If you do that you won t be faces with hidden fees or enormous shipping costs The prices can totally rank up if you are not careful So shop mindfully and don t be fooled by the lower prices on Japanese sites You still have to add shipping and handling to those

Easy to use

Shipping can be a bit pricey with all the fees combined but it s a great site and very helpful people I tried another famous proxy it was fine but it wasn t as simple to use

I must say so far

I must say so far I have not had any real disappointments with buyee I still shop with them and the only ask I have is for better shipping coupons and maybe make their service fee from 500 to 400 Other than that I truly enjoy shopping with buyee

Excellent company with kind and helpful customer support

Buyee is an excellent company and I will do business with them for years to come I used their service for nearly a year and grew to love the service but later on I unfortunately lost my job and couldn t pay for several packages I had consolidated into one The support team was very understanding of my situation and helped me greatly during this holiday season by allowing more time to pay for the package Buyee is a great company and I recommend them highly

One of the best service company I have ever used The customer responses were usually very fast and the packings were professional The charges are very reasonable I tried five times with Buyee all were excellent

I thought I would write a positive review to share

I thought I would write review to share my experience as I have seen so many negative reviews I wanted a part for my car that the seller only sold on a Japan only auction site for 128 I did know beforehand that although it was an auction the seller would accept this amount Buyee bought it for me and charged roughly 5 on top of the purchase price which to me doesn t seem unreasonable To ship it from Japan to the UK was approximately a further 22 which again to me seems reasonable as I have had similar sized packages sent from the US and it has been 30 The whole process from buying to delivery to the UK was seven days and the communication from Buyee was excellent so overall Buyee could not have done any better in my case Buyee are a business so they need to make some money somewhere as they are not making anything on the product it s self so they are just a middle man and I would have not been able able to purchase the item without their help
