I ve buy a bag from Buyee ebay At first it looks much cheaper and reasonable but then it turns disaster as the page design is misleading it s like you don t know whether the item is being confirm or whatsoever Then I m proceed with open heart until I see the shipping option the price is higher than the item I bought like 100 dollars estimation calculation not same with actual more and the shipping option itself it s like you don t have choice only 2 options only and the price is no much different at all After all I decided to dispose the item but there s another charge fee to do so At the end there s nothing good with Buyee only capitalist market that drain out the consumer Side note customer service doesn t have any solutions for the problem Only time will tell Buyee will fall

I ve used this company before and whilst they were not great I thought I d try them again Mistake I m pretty sure that they would be considered corrupt in many other countries as some of their practices -- particularly when it comes to handling money and their so-called insurance -- are highly suspect And to top it all even paypal refuse to honour their buyer protection so don t think that you re covered if paying this way Customer support are friendly but completely inept they are probably told exactly what to say but then that describes most customer support these days Approach with caution and be aware that your money is not safe even with paypal backup

Lost me an auction I had been leading for a week by limiting my max bid and then denied my request to raise bid limit Terrible avoid at all costs Use a different service this one doesn t deserve the money

The Buyee support team is absolutely horrific I ve ordered multiple packages from them no issues loved it They have individually packaged in cardboard shipping boxes each item and put them into the even larger consolidation box and are trying to charge me 600 No way

Their support agents are terrible and their service is terrible They don t disclose on their website that there are many items you can t ship with the like items with batteries They told me that they can t ship all the items i bought with them to Peru because they had batteries inside electronics Then I asked them if I can ship these items to an address in Japan They said yes I made arrangements to receive these items in Japan even though I don t have family or friends in Japan When I tried to ship these items to a Japanese address they said that I can t ship Mercari items to Japan Their service is a joke I can t ship to Peru and I can t ship to Japan They can t even ship to their own country I have 500 worth of items stuck with them This has been the worst online buying experience I ve had

On the custom duties sheet they put the full price of the item not the discounted price and doesn t explicitly state anywhere that on the customs form that was what they were going to do Only reason I bought that much was for a shipping coupon that I didn t qualify for which also wasn t clear I asked to take an item away from my parcel so I didn t have to pay customs and they said no Horrible service

I find Buyee to be one of the worst proxy services out there Unlike its competitors their customer service is absolutely absent and useless No matter how many times you contact them they never deal with your request It s as if the e-mails were written by artificial intelligence or maybe not even read Worst of all Buyee s discord members who are simply other customers respond in a more professional and friendly manner than the customer service department itself As for the rest their policy is extremely strict and I ve found the processing time to be excessively long For me there s no particular reason to continue using Buyee honestly Especially not after testing better proxies In short avoid Buyee it s expensive unless you manage to get coupons but is it really worth it and the customer service is terrible It was just a huge source of stress for me to order from them

Where do I start My first few orders with this company were positive The fees were expensive and they bundle their Paypal fees in with their yen conversion so if you look at their prices on the website it s the yen conversion about a 4 Paypal markup so it s not exactly transparent Still I received well-packed boxes and my stuff came quickly However when I needed to actually use their plans to deal with an item I received that was not as described is when things went wrong So Buyee on their website details several plans you can buy to cover items not as described They are as follows a standard plan where they insure your delivery and inspect the item to insure you got what you ordered in the condition you ordered it an insured delivery plan the inspection plan and no plan The standard is obviously a combination of the second and third plan They describe their standard plan word for word on their website as If you apply for the standard plan in the unlikely event that you receive a product of a different size or color or if there is damage loss or a difference in the product We will refund the amount based on the coverage set by Buyee Sounds great right Well not if you re buying any kind of electronic device I ve also heard of a lot of issues with counterfeit Pokemon cards but I cannot verify My issue was with an electronic device a 3DS console to be specific I purchased using them as a proxy for an Amazon seller who did not ship internationally this is important since Amazon marketplace has a return policy where you can return items - keep this in mind and the item was described as having no cosmetic flaws and working properly I received a cosmetically damaged item it was chewed up on the side as if it had been dropped and the item did not charge properly Both of these were inconsistent with the item description and as listed in the standard plan should have been covered as it was damaged and there was a difference in the product described as working was not working properly I filed a support ticket via their e-mail service and was told this was not covered I then filed a support ticket via Discord as I was told on the Discord that I might get better service Both times I was told that I purchased an as is item and I could not be covered by the plan I asked to return the item to Amazon using the Amazon marketplace return policy and was told as they are a proxy they would not deal with the marketplace seller nor return the item I then filed a dispute with Paypal citing the seller s description of the item no cosmetic damage working with no issues and the photos of the damaged item I received as well as the charging issue Paypal returned my money Buyee then began a campaign of harassment First they demanded I return the item - which I had previously offered to do before initiating the Paypal chargeback I refused as my goodwill with them was gone Then they sent me no less than three threatening e-mails demanding I pay the charged back money which should have been reimbursed to me via the plan in the first place They also threatened to send me to some sort of international collections Luckily I removed my Paypal and credit card billing info before I began the chargeback process otherwise they likely would have just straight up charged me again Then they finally banned my Buyee account which I no longer care aobut since I have moved on to other proxies Sendico FromJapan and Dejapan The long and the short of it is they will do anything they can to get out of paying out on their plans Do yourself a favour and call this one a miss

Won 4 bearbrick auctions with a seller whose store declares it only sells genuine products and full refund will be given if it is a fake All 4 turn out to be fakes Buyee support does not provide refund It also does not provide the seller s contact so I have no way to get a refund I also notice other sellers posting fakes Use Buyee at your own risk
