Bad experience and irresponsible customer service

I paid nearly 100 in shipping fees for a recent order Despite how overpriced fees are Buyee failed to provide USPS my name and street address As a result my package was about to be sent back to Japan After calling USPS for hours the only solution they had for me was to pick up the package in-person I emailed Buyee customer service that they made this mistake Instead of acknowledging their mistake they told me I could just pay the shipping fee AGAIN if the package was returned to them Needless to say I will no longer be using this service

I had a package go missing recently and Buyee refused to accept any responsibility or investigate the issue with Japan Post After 4 weeks of no tracking updates I claimed Buyer Protection through PayPal for the value of the lost item Buyee proceeded to lock my account demanding that I pay them back There is no reason to punish customers like this especially when EMS shipping comes with a default 20 000 yen insurance which more than covers the missing goods Buyee have one job - to reship items But they can t even do that properly Avoid

Very bad service

Very bad service I used to order a lot with them they refused to help you if you have some trouble to get your package if you didn t pay I thought the simple plan was from japan to japan not for the international shipping It s illegal in my country sender has to take care of the package

Stupid people They just don t understand what they are doing - typical Japanese Customer service is only watching screen and playing obviously some games First package is possibly to deliver - and second package is not - products are the same With second delivery - they are trying to invent some funny explanations - why they are not allowed to supply parts

They are fine until something wrong happens then no one will ever try to help you out Customer service is horrendous nasty - not customer oriented at all Just a bunch of teenage staff who couldn t care less Shame on Yahoo jp for endorsing this proxy I m switching to another one If you are reading my review do yourself a favor and avoid them because people warned me and I still fell for it

Wallet missing PayPal refund full amount to me but after 50 emails Buyee wanted to charge me half of amount not successfully I bought Loewe limited edition wallet they charged me 135555 Yen Buyee probably stole it and only sent a paper bag and weird Mickey Mouse biscuit to me that I didn t ask for Then because I m smart I took open box video they can t deny They played me weeks for nonsense emails then because I received paper bag so they only refund 67777 Yen Luckily PayPal didn t fall for their scam Call credit card and PayPal of Buyee scam and I recommended not using their scam website

Robbery

RobberyThe original seller agreed to refund half of my payment due to the wrong item being sent and refunded it back to Buyee However Buyee refuses to pay this out to me instead have decided to keep this refund to themselves all because I chose the Lite Plan As the seller s refund was intended for me I ll be reporting Buyee to The Consumer Affairs Agency in Japan as this breaches my consumer rights Lite Plan or not the refund was issued and the money is rightfully mine

Stay away No support for missing orders

When you don t choose their plan and don t pay service fee they want you are in a big trouble They don t give any support even for missing different damaged etc arrived products They can file a claim to DHL without any cost but they don t because of you didn t choose their ridiculous plan Stay away
