Great price and value for their product I was pleasantly surprised at what I was getting given how much I paid for it 20 USD annually Additionally you get a free upgrade to your throughput 10Gbit s but data cap is always unlimited regardless if you maintain a service for 6 months Works wonderfully for running a VPN server Speaking about my CS experience with them I recently encountered a problem with my server hanging in a non-connectable state and they were able to assist and resolve my issue in less than 2 hours after I submitted the ticket That s a pretty damn good turnaround especially for an after-business-hours issue

Fast Response - Quick Fix

Great service The pricing is excellent but the icing on the cake is the support I have had a couple of small issues with my service and it has always been fixed promptly by their support team I use their service to get a VM and BGP session for my network They offer some BGP communities for you to control how your routes get announced to their upstreams so getting the routing how you exactly want it is pretty easy

I was very surprised how quickly Frantech responded and they fixed the problem without any fuss Frantech hosting has been very reliable for me so it was unusual to have to put in a support ticket and thankfully their response was top class
