How car sales should be

We purchased and signed the contracts of our new BYD Dolphin over the internet without even seeing or driving the car Crazy I know but we felt from the online reviews that it was going to be perfect car for us We dealt with Ryan at BYD Southwest after completing a form on their website and what a pleasure the sales experience was All of the documentation was processed online really quickly and the car was ready for us to collect in just a week When we arrived in Exeter to collect Ryan was really excited to actually show us around the car we had never seen and demonstrate all the features This is our first electric car and Ryan was very patient with all our questions I have been in a lot of dealerships in my time and purchased quite a few new cars and this has to be the best experience I have had so far no pushy sales just a passion for the brand that they sell it s how car sales should be The premises are very smart with all the cars in the BYD range available to see in the showroom Hopefully BYD will release a 7 seat car in the EU at some point as I would certainly look again for our family car replacement at BYD South West Thank you Ryan for the lovely experience

Excellent sales experience

Just bought my BYD DOLPHIN from BYD South West and couldn t fault them or the car In fact they are so good I travelled over 200 miles to collect it then drove home on one charge with miles to spare They just made the whole buying experience very pleasant and unpressurised They even put my private plate on my car Thank you Chris and Ryan Love my car

BYD from start to finish was an exceptional experience The thing that stood out to me the most was the feeling of the showroom you re not bombarded by people trying to sell you things they take genuine interest in yourself and your needs As a younger woman looking for cars can be daunting as it s a male orientated field but the gentleman were soft and not in your face The lady who looked after us was also an angel and just the nicest lady ever I absolutely hated leaving and will be back in the future just to see the team I also drove the cars and while I thought I d found my dream car before I now realised a BYD Seal is my dream car I couldn t recommend them anymore and it was the best experience Big love to BYD and their amazing team

We visited BYD in Exeter originally looking at the Dolphin but ended up buying the Attos 3 Ryan the sales person at BYD was absolutely amazing he took us through the whole process and gave us regular updates our whole experience was first class
