Personalize your cognac
My wife and I attended the Master Blender class on June 14 2023 and had a wonderful time We learned about how cognac is made the vineyard regions and their characteristics and the history of Camus After that we had a chance to make our own personal blends quite different as it turned out We had plenty of time to familiarize ourselves with the different cognacs available for blending and then to experiment with different combinations The only thing I might have wished for was to hear from one of the actual blenders about how they approach the process of highlighting and balancing flavors but that s a minor nitpick We had a lot of fun and it was certainly a high point of our trip The staff was very knowledgeable and cordial and definitely added to the experience If you enjoy cognac we highly recommend it
