Worst private delivery company Worst employees in the industry I guess all wastes from other companies are hired by UrgentCargus They don t deliver they don t collect they mark your order in the system as cancelled without contact you before or even come to your address I wonder how they re still in business yet

WORT ROMANIAN COMPANY
They cannot be reached by email or telephone number Sent two emails regarding two different problems and I got no response - Couldn t return my Amazon packages thanks to them since they handle the returns - Did not receive an external package because they refused to redirect it to another location to which I was willing to pay extra or pay the shipment fee again

They said they would deliver today afternoon but had caller in the morning while I wasn t home Now it shows that it is at a warehouse in Bucharest I hope I won t have to wait weeks to get it from there They just send a message saying delivery attempted but they don t even try

Worst delivery company to ever exist
It took 2 weeks for a package that I ve ordered from a company that s 6 hours away from where I live same country I only got the awb after a week the awb doesn t tell you much you basically get almost no information about where your package is at Their website is not intuitive at all Bad customer service - Called them they put me on hold for 20 MINUTES just for the call to disconnect
