Worst Experience - Please Don t Go
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had Went down and looked at a Mazda CX-5 2016 plate fell in love and bought it That was the easy part After 10 days of owning the car the vehicle system malfunction came up A few minutes after that the engine and oil light came on and it went into limp mode I was 3 minutes away from my house As soon as I pulled onto the drive the engine died Called Car Motion to explain what happened and they came and recovered the car within the hour Called same day to say I am rejecting the car due to it breaking down I have the right to under the consumer act 2015 Was instructed to email Mark Dunstan MD of the company to say I am rejecting the vehicle and wanting a full refund - which I had done After over a week of emailing and calling every day asking for Mark I received a call to say that they had fixed the car and when am I wanting to pick it up Explained we have rejected the car and waiting for the refund She said to email her my bank details and she will sort it out After threating court proceedings of over 2 weeks of no communication by Mark we finally get a refund Best part they put my car back up for sale before I was issued a refund Response to Mark s comment BelowI emailed and called the same day the vehicle was collect and subsequently emailed every 24hours after that and received no response until threating small claims court Of which we have proof Mark is very quick to respond to reviews on Trustpilot however was not quick to respond to my emails Mark - you had many emails from myself and had my bank details but did not contact until the Friday before you issued the refund when I emailed to say I was filling for small claims court on the following Monday At which point you replied this was the first reply we ever received from you in the whole 2 weeks to ask how I paid and for my bank details
