In terms of before sale i was looking to purchase a car so it was no hard sale by any means This gave any sales rep an easy opportunity to sell me a car effective question to determine which car would be best suited to what i was looking for I already knew the make model i was looking for but felt the sales reps wasn t that interested in sale When speaking about the vehicle i noticed it hadn t been washed which i asked would it be washed before purchase and the reply was all our cars are clean on forecourt and wont be cleaned before sale It was visible it hadn t been cleaned in a while During the sale i had noticed on most recent MOT that it had issues with brake pipes on advisories I asked if these would be rectified before purchase again i was told this would happen and MOT had gone from orange to green which indicates no advisories only to find it they hadn t been done and was picked up when i had the car in the garage The aftersale customer service and customer service throughtout left alot to be desired To say the guys in the place had clearly alot of experience in this field the customer service was poor at best Would i recommend a friend family member or anyone else No sadly not Its basically a sale and very little else If you are buying a car or anything else then you need to feel valued afterall you are paying their wages and they earn commission off sales I would say they need to be more welcoming more interested in the person to make people feel valued to have your custom
