This company could never actually tell me what my CCJ was for They offered one reason but then a different one and never actually decided When I paid it over four months ago I contacted their rep company to have this updated as settled they told me only CE can do this and it s fully their responsibility to do so Getting hold of them is like drawing blood from a stone It s literally part of their responsibility to update this stuff and they don t care Evil

One star because there is no option for zero I paid for 8 hours parking 90 seconds after the 10 munites grace but no consideration given The app they use is not one I have phone signal at the carpark is so poor that it failed to download and the number they give as a contact was not answered A local solicitor said that if this was Criminal Law then I would have a case to argue that they have not sufferred loss and are being unreasonable as it is Civil Law and they have a draconian set of T Cs they can do what they like There is no point making an appeal it will be rejected and trigger in increased fine One hopes the people who run this system never need to rely on the understanding and humanity of others There is an option to Let CE-Service know through Trustpilot I have ticked this box wonder if they will respond

How to contact them to send evidence as we were away
I have just paid 140 for parking charges worried as it might go higher again and the letter came when we were away for 4 weeks holiday when seen the letter it was already 140 and there ABSOLUTELY no way to contact them via email or phone number How do contact these people and get my refund or write a formal complaints to higher parking authorities I have all evidences of we were away when we got the parking tickets

I recived two parking tickets whist my car was in for a service as I have been working away I only see the charges late so I decided to pay both and assumed I could get the money back from my garage The garage told me I shouldn t of paid them and that the owner would of dismissed them as the garage uses that car park Please can you help me get my money back I paid all together 310 and can t afford this I would really appreciate if you got back to me I have tried find a customer service number but can t find anyone to speak to as the fines are paid

Absolute scumbag company
Absolute scumbag company - issued a fine for entering their car park at 14 54 49 and paid for parking at 14 57Obviously you must have the app open ready and pre pay before you can drive in or risk getting fined No option to appeal despite it being within 28 days of receiving the notice for an event that happened 10 weeks prior Absolute thieves

Should not be allowed to operate
Reluctantly paid this company as a very valid reason to be parked but overstayed the grace period by minutes for a genuine reason however this company does not care and intent on their signs and send forceful poorly written letters and raise the amount owed at intervals because they believe and have the right to in their opinion why these companies can be allow to exist just lining their pockets Appealing does not help either to them or POPLA Complete cowboys

Scumbag company
Scumbag company Hiding signs in obscure areas of carparks and making up stories about keypads to put your details in Spent 40 mins out shopping supporting local businesses and got a 100 fine for my trouble No ticket machines and zero keypads in any store i went into Then the threatening letters through your door Also requested my personal data be deleted from their systems as per my right by GDPR This wasnt done so all details likely sold to marketing firms to make even more money from people All they have done is make those shops unusable and hopefully they all go out of business so there are no more genuine people to fleece

This is an obnoxious ruthless company Not sure why the government take action against them I ve ben given unnecessary penalty notice despite paying the parking fee they ate after out hard earned money people sitting there don t want to work buy want out money in their pockets im going to appeal to POPLA now They are wasting our precious time

Been given multiple parking charges at the same location in the same month This is for exceeding the notified maximum free parking period of 45 minutes without obtaining a permits One stay was for 34 minutes the other was for 13 minutes on separate days I m expecting another 2 I ve never exceeded the 45 minute free parking Any one know why I ve been fined Any advice Feeling like I m being robbed
