I ve been buying Chalkline jackets and apparel for the past 4 years The customer service is top notch Any concerns or questions they legitimately respond in minutes They go above and beyond to accommodate me being a longtime customer and I ll continue support They always have the flyest merch for a wrestling and 90s junkie like myself so it s a no brainer I continue to buy

ChalkLine reached out to me via email about an out of stock item and while I initially added to the confusion by accident their customer service is top notch they resolved everything promptly and effectively They were even able to answer questions for me about upcoming restocks and without prompting even added me to an email list to know about future updates on the item I inquired about I feel honoured to shop with them as they clearly pride themselves on stellar service

The service is quick to respond to e-mails but most importantly the quality and design are excellent which we all know is rare to come by these days Their items are excellent and I ve washed them numerous times with no problems

Chalkline has top notch customer service I had a package delivered to the wrong house by UPS and they worked with me helping me with UPS who didn t give a damn about giving my package to the wrong residence They re shipped my order and made things right even though it wasn t their fault and they didn t have to I ve always been a fan of your products and now I m a fan of your customer service

This company is amazing Without going into too much detail they basically went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get an item that I needed when they definitely didn t have to They promptly responded to an email that I sent them explaining my situation and worked with me for days until we were able to figure out a solution Wow You really don t see customer service like this anymore They have a customer for life in me and I will go out of my way to continue supporting them from here on

Not only does Chalk-Line make super cool super high quality stuff but their customer service is just about the best I have experienced in quite some time I recently ordered some shorts and was mistakenly sent the wrong item Chalk-Line immediately reached out to rectify the issue They not only let me keep the item that they sent they allowed me to pick another item to be shipped out They offered me the option of a full refund but I genuinely love their stuff so I chose a new item Great company great products

If you re looking for high-quality items from the worlds of vintage and modern cartoons and movies video games or WWE Chalk-Line is the place to go I have a few pieces from their WWE line and they re well-worn and still in great shape It s a lot of fun to wear their merch too both for how you feel wearing them and the comments and compliments you get when you re out in public A true conversation piece that you can wear Oh yeah and their customer service is pretty top-notch As my beloved Bret Hart would say everything about them is excellently executed
