I haven t received a tracing number

I haven t received a tracing number and I ve looked on my email everywhere but couldn t find it so i would please like to receive a tracking number that should of been sended to me the day I ordered the product Can t wait to begin my journey with you guys

Great but

I really appreciate that Chisell has such a good customer service and is always striving to do better Anways I did not receive a tracking number and so on I have no idea where my order is or when its going to arrive Could be days or weeks and I m getting a bit impatient

Great Product

It s a really great product it does exactly what it s advertised to do I don t even recognize my jawline anymore it transformed it well It comes with a nice set of jaw exercises and a free replacement policy which is quite handy Unfortunately if you have sharper teeth like me you can expect the material to give up by approximately week 5 out of 10 and then you need to request a replacement Luckily for me the guys at CHISELL are really great at fast communication and delivery Definitely recommend

As long as it works

It s currently the only product targeted directly at bite strength Jawzersize doesn t target the correct muscles since you use the front teeth to bite down Issues Loss of resistance over repeated use and not as difficult tough bite as I was hoping though I had been doing bite strength training for some time before using it The metal case began to rust though I kept it in my washroom Also it s a bit pricey for how small it is Hoping the next version they come out with is harder

Customer Support

This is actually a great product My molars don t strike at the same time when I bite malloclusion and this has helped with that asymmetry It s not just an aesthetic tool it s also functional I took off one star due to the delay in customer support but when they did reach out they were accommodating Recommended

UPDATE Rocky start good product

I am updating my review-- I initially gave a bad review because my order was received extremely delayed and I was not given tracking info I also had a delayed response from customer support However my item did eventually arrive and I did receive an apology from support who eventually found my tracking info and responded to my requests The product itself is soliid Well-built easy to clean and a llegitimate exercise for your jaw Very satisfied with it

Feeling strong

Hi I been using the chisel every 2-3 days I haven t noticed a huge difference in appearance though I do feel my jaw strength Has increased I am a bit disappointed however as the chisel broke- bite straight through it last night I seen on my paper work that the company would replace free of charge would love for this to occur if someone can contact me or forward a new device Thank you

Took long time got lost in transit

I bought a Chisell light bite package 43 93 on June 14th 2020 It took a while for the product to arrive early September since the item got lost in transit The company did however offer a refund or a replacement I got the replacement and it s exactly what is presented I love the box btw 4 stars because it took a long time

Honest Truth

I really liked my first few goes with my chisells but unfortunately one of them tore on my molars while I was at the gym I do believe it was due to my teeth structure but I really love this product and have recommended it to other friends and I really did started seeing improvement in my jaw in the first week of using this product
