If you wonder about size difficulty I decided to be humble and ordered the middle one I am 25 years old man who s decently strong very physically active but never really done any consistent facial lol training before And I can tell you that this one was an ok choice 4-5 sets of the recommended program is quite tough to finish BUT I just started and I did complete it so If you can relate to me I would defiantly recommend that you go for the toughest one The middle one is good in the beginning but I feel like I will adapt very very quickly I could ve easily started with the toughest one and adapted the workout a bit in the beginning as it would be a better and wider range to grow into Would have been useful of them to put more instructions guides to know which one beginners should go for depending on more factors I ve never focused on this type of training before but I wish I bought the toughest one straight away

Hi everyone So i bought a tough bite chisell The first week was amazing felt the muscle when i was chewing have no pain at all I loved it its very effective and powerful you can feel the muscle when u chewing good quality fast delivery but there is one thing what not so good in my opinion its ripping after 2-3 week using daily maybe because my teeth are sharp but it is working 90 So yes it is a great product but have to concentrate to keep more and not ripping so fast Thanks Guys

I really enjoy these products and the staff is top class and very friendly The bites helped me a lot and I can see the results The price is a bit too high but I think that they deserve it My first pair broke after approximately 2 months but I got the replacement preety fast even tho my country is far away I appreciate Chisell and especially the staff

I got to be honest these work really well but I have broken through them pretty fast The only inconvenience is waiting for another pair to ship The kinds I have gotten were the regular bite and the hard bite I d recommend you go with the hard bite because the other ones are not strong enough I do wish they make one tougher than that hard bite possibly one called the ultimate bite Anyway good product

This product is great especially if you want results relatively fast Within 2 weeks I have definitely noticed my jawline not only get stronger but also more prominent I ve used the regular bite model and it was worth the price Great product

The product works so good best you ll ever find They figured out how to target the specific muscle that pops The squeeze and contraction you get is phenomenal and the workout is experience is really comfortable The only problem is it lasts for about 5 days then completely breaks I m not sure how they intend to fix it but for now you have to request new ones every week But They make up for it in there really god customer service where they are willing to replace it for free and free shipping so that s a really redeeming quality

Except for the trick with the extra buy in the end I think the product is excellent

I was sceptical of the jawline exerciser at the start however from the moment I did my first workout I could feel it exercising the jawline muscles and it fit comfortably inbetween my back teeth and was super easy to use - the included workout plans in the box were useful and gave a ten week program which is useful if you have never used a jawline exerciser before The colour and presentation of the jawline exerciser 3 0 was also amazing and the car which was included looks high quality Overall the Chisell Regular Bite 3 0 was worth the wait and price and I can t wait to see the results
