I ordered my product back in April May

I ordered my product back in April May - so long I cant remember I was told about delays but it has now been months with no update Unfortunate as the product looked really good Please can you send me my order

Good But Not Durable Enough

I recently purchased the CHISELL 2 0 Lite Bite and I think this product certainly has potential but as it currently stands the durability just isn t where it needs to be for me to recommend it I received one pair about a month ago and they didn t last more than a few days of use before tearing I contacted the CHISELL team to request a replacement and they responded quickly and sent a new pair I definitely appreciated this however the replacements didn t fare much better and also tore just shy of a week of use Should they fix the durability issue in the future maybe I ll give them another go but right now I don t think they re worth the investment

No Tracking No Response From Support

The order shipment confirmation said to use the tracking number but there was no tracking number included so I have no idea when to expect my order and can t track it still not received I emailed customer support asking about this and never got a response

Great but the shipping is too distransparent

I really like the product and it s one of a kind But the shipping took about 1 5 months and there was no opportunity that one could track the package So I was left unknown if it would ve arrived or stuck at the border etc But besides that it s A great Product

Product feels great

Product feels great but unfortunately not durable enough I have been using it for a week before it got bitten through send a replacement request through an email and contact section on site It has been a month since that but they still haven t answered my request

I got the regular bite and after using

I got the regular bite and after using it it started to tear and get ripped Pretty disappointed as I m trying to get a nice jawline I do have sharp teeth but after using it for a couple days this happens Would like a refund or replacement if anything I would rather prefer the heavier bite is it possible as this is just ridiculous

My chisell had broken so I reached out

My chisell had broken so I reached out knowing their warranty It took nearly a week for them to get back to me After submitting all of the necessary Information for a new set I was told that everything was good to go and that I would receive the new set Nearly three weeks later and no sign of the new ones

Breaks too easily

Only reason i would consider this product is because at first it is nice but in less than a week i punch a hole in them i have the V3 and as the resistance is nice the structural integrity of the piece is very bad i saw posts of them lasting a month i dont see how it comes with simple easy directions i followed them and still managed to easily break them
