Still waiting on delivery of product ordered on 22 June 2024 Received notice shipment was cancelled What now I have contacted BBB and Attorney General for state of Texas as that is the published address Hopefully these agencies can spark some type of movement in getting this order fulfilled

Guys please beware when buying stuff on Circle Casa website It has been two months since I place my order and I have yet received my order I ve reach out to the customer support team but every time the same answer was we are doing our best to fulfill your order I cannot get a refund nor do they provide the status or my order I didn t order a custom piece I ve order a lamp and a vase please beware of this website this is like a scam really please do not place any order on this website I ve spent 300 on nothing

same here ordered a lamp got a super cheap product which didn t match the description since then a ton of generic mails promising they are on it and it will just take a few more days it s been 3 months now my request for a refund is also not being processed
