I am surprised by all the negative reviews I had a very positive experience I phoned regarding financial affairs following the death big my Dad and spoke to a lovely lady called Sue Evesham Worcestershire area She called me back on time every time she said she would and she was very compassionate empathetic and professional She gave me very invaluable information which made things much easier for me at such a difficult time Thank you Sue awesome job
