Ordered jumpers end Oct One finally arrived 3 weeks late Second one didn t It finally arrived in Jan I have being trying to return it but they are liars and keep making ridiculous excuses about staff issues They do not read the emails I have exchanged 87 emails with them and still no money back Now claiming it from my bank DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They are thieves

This is a scam website and modus operandi is very simple Take payments for orders and do not deliver anything They keep coming up with a reason for the delay without an actual date for the delivery

AVOID

AVOID - 6 weeks waiting still no delivery - tracking says processing and not in transit 72 down and endless emails sent with response saying it s on its way - no delivery date supplied Repeated requests for refund ignored Seeing other reviews here suggests my money has been scammed Ordered 26 11 24

I echo every other one star review I ordered 18 Nov but have received nothing apart from numerous lies about my order being on the way I saw a TV programme about scammers harvesting email physical addresses phone numbers and all card information including expiry date for selling to even more scammers I have since visited my bank and they have stopped my credit card for reissue and changed my bank account number as a precaution All a lot of trouble and expense to fill the pockets of ruthless thieves This is the first and last time I will ever buy anything offered for sale on Facebook which is a shame for honest sellers but necessary If anyone knows how to alert Facebook about this company and take them down I would be grateful

What scammers I brought 2 jumpers that did arrive but very poor quality not fit for perpase I paid to return them 2 months ago and finally realise they never had any intention of paying me back so NO refund and wasted money in return postage DON T USE THIS COMPANY

SCAM Same as all of the others Ordered 16th Nov nothing received Emailed several times Tracking info not updated excuses made that is is not working properly which is when I realised it s a scam this confirms it Put a claim in to Paypal so fingers crossed I get a refund Ironically also paid for shipping protection

I ordered a jumper like many of you Nov 15th and paid through PayPal After 1 month I upped my claim to the next level as all PayPal did was log my emails to the company asking for a refund and nothing else So mid Dec my claim says it s under observation which can take 5-30 days my date was Jan 5th I thought that s great I finally get my refund but then they moved the date so many times as the said dates approached I was getting more and more pissed with it all I sent various messages asking what was going on and where was my refund and could someone kindly reply no one ever did So this morning 38 days later I put a question to the stupid system they use and asked where s my refund A-reply finally came back saying I would get a decision with 5-15 mins 25 mins later I was awarded my 34 95 back If you used PayPal which used to be a decent Company but now horrificaly bad to pay for your jumper be persistent the service is disgustingly slow and unhelpful but I won so I m a happy bunny x Clare of London More like ROBBING BASTARDS OF CHINA
