Very poor quality product

Ordered a jumper advertised as Wool reduced from 80 to 29 95 The website gives the impression of a boutique shop in London I doubt very much it exists A dreadful polyester jumper arrived from China - looking nothing like the lovely jumper I saw on the website In order to process a refund the company expects me to return this jumper at a cost of 22 50 to China I should not be out of pocket for fake goods from a fake shop front I advise you not to shop here

Sadly saw these reviews too late to be of any benefit to me Suckered in and still awaiting my delivery several weeks later Unable to get any response from company Note their advert been removed from the social media website I ordered via - too little too late

Scammers

Unfortunately the same as the other reviews Ordered a lovely looking wool jumper received a nasty polyester one I have emailed and have been offered first a 15 and then a 30 discount to keep it no thanks and they seem to blatantly misunderstand my email sorry you have received the wrong size etc Next step is to contact my bank for chargeback to see if they can recover my money I have just seen a new version of the Instagram ad and they are now using Clare London same images items so obviously just reinventing themselves to get round the scam reviews

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

As other reviews was enticed by the lovely images of the wool jumpers in the advert received cheap and nasty polyester which looks nothing like the images Returns link on the website obviously doesn t work how convenient and according to their customer support I have to return the items to China at my own expense for them to consider a refund They firstly offered a 15 refund which they then increased to 30 but frankly the items aren t worth even this Have raised a dispute with PayPal so hopefully will get my money back this way AVOID AVOID AVOID

SCAM ALERT - Avoid atall costs

I am giving tis site a score of 1 star because I have to give it something I agree with all the previous reviews this site is a scam However if you paid by credit card and you are within time limitations they may be able to recall your payment and refund you It s worth a try - I did and they are dealing with it currently

Scam website to be avoided Ordered 2 jumpers and only 1 arrived and had absolutely no resemblance to what was ordered After 2 weeks of chasing and then doing a bank chargeback it arrived after 3 weeks It came from China The tracking information miraculously only started after the bank contacted them Avoid avoid avoid

Steer clear-rubbish

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered Total rubbish Misleading product description-the jumper I ordered was tat from China No label and looked like it had been homemade by an amateur They have offered me a 25 discount after I wrote to them twice and are actively discouraging a refund as it will take 6-9 weeks to arrive and process in China So much for easy returns process Don t be sucked in-this is nothing to do with London

Appalling scam - advert suggests wool and you get delivered 100 polyester in garish colours - not the subtle colours advertised - got screenshot of advert stating wool - shocking and a waste of money Can t even wear them - total scam Avoid And 30 day returns policy At what cost to me - 53 wasted
