Okay so to start they have very slow and low quality customer service they seem to be hiring a lot of freelancers due to their volume of customers and there are competitors much better than this if you have an eResidency find them in the e-Residency Marketplace you can find on Google s 1st result I own an ecommerce business and they want to charge me 300 for having 300 sales in December in my ecommerce store this month in January I had 1500 sales so they would charge me 700 This is crazy to live in 2022 and having to stress about this with all the automation software that exists Compared to other great services like Enty io or Erhub ee I would rate companio 0 10 if Trustpilot would let me If you own an ecom business make sure to do your research before choosing and accounting company You hire accountants to save your time worrying about the accounting in your business so you re able to invest the maximum time possible to scale your business to the next level not the contrary I hope this is useful to anyone reading this Happy scaling fellow ecom store owners

Very bad company They don t care at all about your company they take many days to respond

Companio s management is terrible They are not allowing me to close my annual report due to their lack of professionalism You cannot contact the advisors and they don t care about your annual report The platform loses the content you upload and they lie about the documentation To top it off they only attend to you if you pay 200 and then they disappear leaving you with the chat again

I am utterly appalled by the abhorrent treatment I received from this company After applying for their services I was hit with 39 in foreign exchange fees because of their incompetence and when I sought compensation they had the nerve to refuse They take zero responsibility for their mistakes and act like they re above accountability But the most outrageous part My application was rejected simply because I m Egyptian This reason was never disclosed in their policies and it doesn t appear anywhere on their website This isn t just a bad business practice it s outright discrimination There s no legitimate reason for this hidden condition and it goes against everything that should define a reputable company Their lack of transparency is unacceptable and it reeks of dishonesty If I had known they operate with such disgraceful criteria I would never have wasted my time or money They clearly have no respect for international customers and are hiding behind vague policies to justify their prejudiced actions I will be taking this further by filing formal complaints with every relevant authority and I will ensure that everyone hears about their deceptive and unethical practices Do not trust them They are a scam waiting to happen and they don t deserve a single cent of your hard-earned money

The company is so technologically advanced I talk to them only by mail and they are a very quick responsive team Also the convenience of having a company registered in Estonia makes me so happy to manage my digital business I appreciate their work and I recommend you consider working with Companio if you are interested in opening a new business So fresh
