Better than a replacement
Jumped straight onto Live Chat with a broken component under manufacturer warranty Computer Orbit support knew exactly what I was talking about straight away and shared their experience with fixing the product - instead of just wasting time on returning and posting Final result my component is operational no time wasted in shipping all chats saved for future support calls I get to use my product straight away

Incredibly quick and helpful service
Made an order of a case motherboard and fans all delivered quickly within 2 days Returned case due to my own error being that I had ordered the wrong case Customer service was clear and helpful and shipment for the new case began the very same day the returned case arrived

Excellent service from an unknown store
Recently bought a PC case that not many UK sellers have and these popped up on Google search Was ordered after daily cut off time and opted for free 3-5 day delivery as I wasn t in any rush By surprise the case got dispatched same day and was due to be delivered next day That was unexpected and very nice to get that service Some things on the website are actually really good prices so when I need any new bits I ll definitely be shopping here as well as the other big PC retailers P s the jonsbo d31 mesh screen is a awesome case thanks guys

I am always skeptical buying from less
I am always skeptical buying from less familiar places But if I have to I would first do the research about the company customer service any user reviews This time I completely forgot I was browsing on the website found the item I liked and started a webchat with their customer service They were very professional friendly and even tried to offer me cheaper options I purchased my item with a free delivery that should take around 3 days However they were so kind to send it via next day delivery so I literally received my item the following day I cannot express how happy I am with the service and will definitely come back for more Highly recommended
