You would have gotten a 5 only I could not find a way to remove all the problems at one time That is probably my fault so I will give you a 5

I m happy to have a site that compares FACTS about different software instead of flowery generalities that are short of factual details even if the ratings may be fudged a bit in favor of their partners I would also like to see a bit more comprehensive listing than just their top ten Also Avast one of their partners DOES have a Free Version even though ConsumersAdvocate says they do not maybe CA wouldn t get paid I m running the Free Version and it is great It does have nag popups but I don t mind that because I may want to upgrade when I get my new desktop completed The reasonably full-functioned Free Version tells me that Avast actually cares about being a responsible security force on the internet even for individuals who may not be able to afford it s premium offerings Every safe PC makes the whole internet safer for everyone I m not sure if I would purchase any product from a company that does NOT offer a basic Free Version - kind of like I won t use a veterinarian who doesn t volunteer ANY of their time skill to help stray animals or shelters with spaying emergencies Lack of compassionate service to stray animals tells me that vet doesn t really care about animals but ONLY cares about money Not a vet I would trust with my pet s well-being So CA indicating that AVAST didn t have a Free Version which in fact they DO would have put AVAST out of the running for me sight unseen

Brandon was on time very friendly and did whatever I asked him to do I gave him a tour of the house deck and yard He was polite and asked questions that I was pleased to answer You didn t mention it but I asked him to pull down the fold up steps in the garage and go up the steps to my attic area and at the top of the steps I had him throw rat packs I gave him The packages were smell packs to hopefully make the rats feel uncomfortable and leave There s none there now that I know of but there s been several in the past I would be happy to have him come again Vera Morgan Kyle- TX

He did an excellent job He set the traps and showed me how they worked and where they were located Afterward he told me how to contact customer service if when something is trapped I do not remember his name - a young spanish man He was very nice and professional He deserves the bonus Thank you
