This company clearly states they take money from those they review so I guess it would be unfair to call them a fraud They re clear they lie and have incentive to My experience is with CSA travel insurance which they rate a 3 5 5 or Very Good Yet no one including myself have anything good to say about this company Ther business modl is to do everything possible to not pay a claim That company is a fraud even refusing to pay a claim for a cancelled trip because the insured DIED

Cold Calls are not informed as to whom they are calling and unwilling to help to stop calling a wrong number They keep calling my work phone When they ask wither I want to be placed on the do not call list I accept and they call repeatedly anyway When I finally get someone in the phone to courteously tell them who they called and why they should escalate the do not call order on that particular number I m addressed rudely and hung up on Honestly I wouldn t mind getting calls on my personal phone but they never let me get that far It is 100 clear to me that they have no earthly idea who they are calling or what the customer wants They only care for call numbers and sales At least that is the perception portrayed by those that call
