A Highly recommended PSM2 training course by Mohsen

I recently participated in a two-day PSM2 training course led by Mohsen through Cortisum It was my second time attending a course with Mohsen and I knew I was in good hands when I saw Mohsen on the first day The PSM2 course was definitely a step up from the PSM1 as we dived more in depth into the heart of Scrum and explored more the human-aspect of being a scrum master For example we had a workshop on confilct management where we had to simulate a conflict and try to resolve it We also a workshop on stress management that taught us not only how to identify a stressed individual and how to deal with the stress This course isn t just about getting the PSM2 certification but also includes lots of tips and advice as to how to improve as a scrum master
