We ve been with Country Connect for

We ve been with Country Connect for about 4 weeks now From a lowly 2Mb landline service we now have ten times the speed at a monthly cost similar to the old landline broadband Installation and customer support has been excellent and I would heartily recommend them From someone who has spent his career in the IT business I know how important good customer service is That is what Country Connect have provided so far

Good system for customers without a landline option

We live in a remote location and fibre is unlikely to be an option in the near future Country Connect provide a reliable and stable 20mb connection via a radio link I could have higher levels of connection speed for an additional cost but I do not need it It is possible to contact them out of normal hours and they do their best to provide text information when they have an issue or are aware of an upcoming problem So we are a satisfied customer

Wow

Wow we can now watch Netflix and sit on our phones at the same time Jokes aside we live in a rural location and for years have had to put up with very slow internet speeds from BT Today we have had the Country Connect engineers fitting the superfast wireless at our property and we are now online with them the same day The whole team from the Engineers to the Customer Service Sales team in the office are very efficient professional and friendly The Engineers left the property very tidy and cleaned up after themselves Thank you Country Connect from a very happy customer who will be recommending you to everyone

Unbeatable Service

Having been with Country Connect for over a year I cannot praise this company enough Their broadband is fast and reliable but it s the service that s unbeatable Only had one issue in the year messaged them to advise them of the problem engineer was at the front door within the hour on a SUNDAY Issue resolved within 20 minutes Beat that if you can

Full Fibre

it s been over two weeks now since i had my full fibre and im very happy with it highly recommend to get it done thanks for the well needed service

I cannot praise this company enough

I cannot praise this company enough They provide a competitively priced service which is fast and reliable The installation process was a breeze even having to lay a new cable across my front garden can t even see where it was done Technical support is exceptional getting a call back from a human being without having to listen to hours of dreary music whilst pressing buttons The big players Sky Virgin and BT should take a leaf from this company as the service received from the big boys in the past have been dismal If you really want the best with helpful courteous advice and support Country Connect is the only option

Excellent broadband company

We have been with Country Connect since the end of March 2023 and find their broadband service very reliable Not once in this period has the system failed It is truly ultra-fast and the broadband speed has never fallen below the speed I purchased Lovely people that make a fantastic company

What an amazing difference

What an amazing difference Quick fuss free installation and our broadband was up and running within a couple of hours We d been struggling working from home with the previous poor quality slow connections Country Connect has given us a high speed reliable connection and completely changed our home broadband experience in deepest darkest but very pretty Monmouthshire Thanks guys

I changed from Talktalk to Country Connect for the best

I changed from Talktalk after getting very low and poor connection and speed all the time I had complained that I was paying for 64Mb and only getting 20Mb at best When I heard about Country Connect I contacted them and after an initial assessment their Engineers came out and ran a new fibre cable straight into the house Within hours I am connected to a first class service running at 100Mb with no drop out or liss of connection I have since got my mum on County Connect after she could only get 6Mb out of Talktalk Best decision I ever made Cant recommend Country Connect highly enough
