I have had a service from Country Connect for close to a year They are Local very cost effective and provide an efficient super fast broadband service We had a fast response when I broke the socket cable moving furniture at the weekend the team dropped a new one in the next working day Problem fixed Super fast late at night email reply when the internet wouldn t work Turned out that a tradesman had plugged the cable into the wrong socket on the WiFi box when working in that room during the day With a previous provider I wasted over 5hrs on the phone a week later the issue still wasn t repliedSo don t hesitate to move your broadband service to country connect you won t regret it

The service at Country Connect has been really great the team on call were very speedy on getting our wifi sorted Very helpful knew exactly what to do On a personal note - Shout out to Lucy for helping me get connected in our new house all the way in Manchester 5 stars - would recommend to a friend Had to connect the TV to my hotspot to watch Netflix until Lucy swooped in to make sure I could watch The Witcher in 4K

In this day and age I was amazed by the excellent customer service offered by Country Connect The team worked with patience and understanding of my limited IT skills They responded immediately to my email queries in a friendly professional manner and displayed the same when installing the new system nothing seemed to be too much trouble I would particularly like to thank Conor for his kind invaluable help and advice Any problems just get back in touch was always his last comment on leaving I have had no problems

We moved over to Country Connect for our broadband and are so impressed Installation was carried out on schedule by courteous and expert engineers who were eager to ensure total satisfaction Broadband speed and stability has been brilliant Package price is great too

Hi Country Connect completed the 2nd stage installation of my 300 Mb s fibre service today Their crew George and Conner were efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble No mess no problems and they even checked wifi strength around the house and set up a few of my devices with the password for the new router Can t fault Country Connect and the way in which Jeff and his teams overcame duct problems of BT to find an infrastructure routing for the new service avoiding collapsed ducts etc Well done Country Connect Don Thomas

I have been with Country Connect for sometime now and couldn t be happier with them Their deal available at the time while I transitioned from my old provider made it really simple The performance of the broadband is great On the odd occasions when issues have arisen more often due to other suppliers damaging cables the support has been prompt both in customer service and repairs

I had been recommended Country Connect by a number of friends I wanted to change my current provider BT who I had been with for many years My initial contact was with Lucy Dinsdale who provided me with all the information I requested and provided a quotation tailored to my requirements Lucy was my main point of contact throughout the whole process from setting up my order right through to installation I was kept informed by Lucy at all times The installation date was agreed and they co-ordinated the changeover with BT We had a great installation team consisting of Andrew and Conor who were brilliant and very knowledgable of the requirements It was a pleasure to have them working in our property and they ensured everything was installed and commissioned to a high standard They also made sure that I was happy with the installation and conversant with its operation They informed me that if I had any problems they would be quickly resolved In conclusion I want to confirm that everyone I have spoken to within the Company has always been very positive and helpful To date I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Country Connect

Very helpful and explaining things and prompt with mail replies Installers were extremely polite and tidy explained about router position etc clearly Fitting of extra node - excellent interaction and advice on finding the right position for best signal My 100mb system always running above the promised 100mb figure and at the price very pleased
