Couldn t help and badmouthing competitors who could
I called Country Connect after finding out we could only get 1mb broadband at our new home I was in a bit of distress as I have my own business and can only work from home Without wifi I can t earn They took my details and went to run some searches to see if they could get signal at my house They came back the next day to tell me we couldn t get signal where we were moving and they couldn t help I told them that one of their competitors told me we could get signal They asked the name of the supplier and when I told them they VERY sarcastically said Oh well good luck with that then This was incredibly bad customer service to someone they knew had a problem and knew was really concerned about being able to get access to the internet This was NOT a genuine good luck message but dry and sarcastic and I left the call incredibly frustrated Luckily their competitor knew something they didn t and they sent me my 4g LTE router with o2 sim before we moved and we plugged it in and off we went Netflix video calling and internet working like a dream I think Country Connect should think about how they let customers down if they don t feel they are able to help and cut out the sarcasm it isn t a good look
