Great quality reliability and service

Really good reliability living in Caerleon we have always experienced drop outs After switching to CC the connection is brilliant Recently had a dodgy connection box Called Lucy and she arranged an engineer call arrived 1hr later and replaced the unit and tested the whole system Fab service

Best Internet Supplier

County Connect have supplied our internet since October 2019 and they are brilliant We both work from home in jobs that require a stable high quality connection that doesn t let us or our clients down They let you know when there is a problem and how long it might take to resolve in real world timeframes and are always helpful and prompt when ever we need to get in touch I genuinely can t recommend them enough

My no1 rated broadband in my area was giving me 30mb out of the 150 promised With this company I m getting anywhere from 900mb to 1gb unreal speeds couldn t be more happy

The internet is really good and it comes with first month free but a few days after I had a bill then and come out a few days after which they didn t say anything till 3 days before they took it

Recently we moved house We were with BT for 48 years A straight forward transfer of service became a 5 week disaster Eventually after numerous e mails texts phone calls cancelled connections we made the decision to change suppliers County Connect achieved in 48 hours what BT failed in 5 weeks Excellent service Fast broadband speed County Connect are easy to contact ALL WAYS replies immediately Recommended 100

Unbeatable WiFi in my area

Country connect offer a service in my area which is unparalleled to any other provider The installation was booked in quickly and the gentlemen that came to do it were efficient and clean They also offered some further information about boosting the connection around my home and the outside shed Having used their internet previously there was no doubt I d be choosing it for my new home The upload download speeds make my life a dream 10 10 would definitely recommend

Best decision for a gaming household

Swapped provider from talk talk who has been my provider for over 4 years max speed was 30mb and now it s over 200mb around the whole house instalation was quick and non disruptive neat and tidy any questions the engineers where quick to answer I opted for the full package and by far the best decision especially good for the gamers of the house as ethernet connected consoles get max 950mb to 1000mb which is unreal no more waiting days for new games to download it s now 1-2 hours Very happy with the service i would and i have recommended to friends and family
