Horrendous customer service

First time customer Placed an order for over 100 after hearing someone mention them in a YouTube video Shortly after placing my order I get an EXTREMELY vague email that only said Hope you re doing well Would you be able to provide us with additional information about your shipping address I replied asking what it was about my address that confused them a standard PO Box address nothing special They did not respond Instead they simply canceled my order saying at my request Absolutely terrible customer service No way to call them I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere These people deserve to go out of business

Such a poor experience

Where to start Checked out via PayPal they were not aware of my order I had to screenshot my PayPal transaction to get my order shipped Was delivered today out of an 11 pc order x3 items were missing and x2 were incorrect and not incorrect higher value incorrect way lower value No response from them via email after 7 hours going to file a PayPal claim can t believe an order could be so messed up They need to do a grass roots inventory of why orders are not being fulfilled correctly

Order from 12 14 23 still not complete Customer service is miserable A missing item took a month to finally get shipped after sitting for 4 days after label was created and finally given to USPS January 25th and still no replacement They do not publish honest reviews pointing out any issues with a product The reviews are completely engineered to be artificially high The critical reviews were honest and always at least 3 stars but those reviews never see the light It s really sad They have some cool parts unavailable elsewhere But don t have an issue Any problem is yours Customer service takes no responsibility They do all they can extreme sarcasm intended But that s their attitude So far 3 people are involved With no product delivery I m a 20-25 year customer Dozens of orders Means nothing

Been trying to buy a certain item I had it in the cart went to get my credit card to pay and they took it out of my Cart and sold it to someone else I called they said nothing they can do about robbing merchandise from customers carts Try that in a brick and mortar store with me and that person won t like me much So I gave them a chance I signed up to be notified when they get more I got a email a few days ago went to buy it Nope out of stock I got another email today checked Nope out of stock before I had a chance If they cared about the customers they would put a timer on the cart that needs to be reset so your items stay yours until you can pay for it And if they have something that sells out in minutes they need to put us on a prepaid list so they can ship it to those waiting and not play musical chairs with the customer We don t want to keep trying with no chance of getting it I have a life and it s not on their website I ll be marking their emails as spam im done playing games ill find an alternative somewhere else

A diverse collection of items geared towards Military Law Enforcement preppers or people like me who appreciate their truly unique and useful merchandise Individual items are almost always customer rated 5 all of my 10 purchases were with the occasional 4 They pack and send as fast as anyone and if you qualify for free shipping they give you priority 2 day not the 5-7 business days class 3 orders so far and I bet I ll be back yet again

Ive got to say what a great guy Mike Burton is his customer service is excellent he s got a great sense of humour I ve totally enjoyed the banter between us plus the 1 4 pen driver I purchased is top notch in quality when funds allow I will purchase more products from his company well done mike his colleagues at county comm all the best Andrew Faulkner
