My first order took six months before it was received I played it off as a one-time occurrence But I recently ordered another product and was told it would be shipped within two weeks It s now over a month later and my tracking information says it has yet to be fulfilled Unfortunately I m unable to share a screenshot of the status but my order was placed on March 14th and paid for as of today April 16th it has not been fulfilled ORDER 245373White 2 0 The World s Brightest White Paint - Acrylic - Small 5 fl oz 39 99TIFF BLUE super matte acrylic 5 1 fl oz 150ml 29 99

Completely and deliberately dishonest

After I ordered I received a confirmation saying for the first time that it would be 3-6 months before I received my paint I cancelled immediately receiving a confirmation that a refund would show up on my statement within a few days After three weeks of no credit I contacted them again and they simply don t respond beyond the automated email confirming receipt of your message I filed a protest with my credit card and within a week received NOT a credit but notification my paint had shipped- paint I no longer need or want This is a scam - Culture Hustle should be shut down permanently The completely fake veneer of love customer service and legitimate business practice is dishonest and unethical Read what people say and DO NOT ORDER from these scammers

Ordered almost 1000 worth of paint in April it took until August to get an email response after trying 3 or 4 times to reach them over the last 4 months They said here s your tracking number So I tracked it and it hadn t shipped Two weeks more now and I reached out again They simply said Sorry it has not yet shipped out with no explanation on why or when it will ever ship What even worse is this paint was for my 17yo first art commission that she won a 2500 college scholarship and she needs to complete the art to get the scholarship At this point she may loose it I explained this to Culture Hustle in my emails and they don t seem to give a flying eff They aren t cool or hip as they continue to launch new products more videos more marketing dollars spent I m wondering when the Federal and Int l trade commissions are going to launch a fraud investigation

2 months and still waiting lets try a refund

Placed an order nearly 2 months ago from a facebook ad for around 150 of paint Still waiting and the only communication from them has been we are working on it that was weeks ago Now trying to get a refund and realize there refund process is broken on the website Horrible horrible experience

Great products and a fun brand unfortunately doesn t make up for not getting the stuff you ordered

I ve absolutely adored CultureHustle for quite some time - pigments with intention behind them Great The intentions just don t really keep counting for much neither does the quality of the products when you don t receive those products I placed my order on the 8th of March and wrote to inquire about status the 18th of June which I thought was giving a very fair window to produce and ship Never heard back from costumer service on either the email I sent or the form I filled out on their website I did get a keeping you posted email on the 4th of July which gave me the option of live-tracking my order It doesn t seem to have lived at all since the 7th of May though since that s when it started being made according to this so so much for that

Over 3 months with no order

Like many artists I ve been buying from Stuart Semple for years I went to reorder paint back in June it s now end of September and I have not heard a thing They have zero customer support and every contact you attempt is met with dont email us messages There was absolutely no indication when I ordered my products that there was a backlog or items were on backorder There was no message that my items could take months they just took my money and sent an order confirmation I have had no order updates no we re working on it communications just dead silence I get that they are a small business but that does not excuse this kind of poor business practice If you have a backlog of orders STOP TAKING NEW ORDERS At this point you re just stealing I am out almost 100 now Even if my paints should show up I will never reorder from this company

I placed an order for paint back in June 2023 The order was shipped to the wrong address I have been promised a refund of 195 00 but received nothing I love the paint but customer service is extremely poor Sixteen months is far too long to wait for a refund or a reply DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Don t waste your time

Ordered Black 4 0 paint for a project I have been waiting 8 weeks now and just got an email that I m looking at another 4-6 weeks Attempted to cancel the order but you have to request to cancel and they take 10-14 days to respond This company is a joke Maybe sell the formula for the paint to someone who can actually manufacture it instead of taking people s hard earned money especially artists and giving them a run around for weeks

I was a long time customer of culture hustle and so I can honestly say initially they were not a scam they would take approx 1 month to ship but that was all However in the last year their service and support has dropped significantly to the point they are now a scammer I have not received an order in over 4 months CH frequently falsely advertises and sells items that are out of stock they hold on to customers money for months at a time w the hope they will simply request a refund when they lose hope after 2 months
